Well last night I went a bit wrong! OH got out dime milka and I couldn't resist, so weak!!
so writing off the weekend and having a fresh start. Here's to a 100% week....
Monday
B - grapefruit, berries, ff
snack - protein bar (5)
L - 3 scanbran (heb will have another 2 later) with cottage cheese and mushy pea curry.
D - cauliflour pizza, red onion, feta HEB and Parmesan HEA
snack - grapefruit, protein bar (5)
total syns - 10

Ha! You are not the only one! Was visiting my mum and despite the fact that she is very eagle eyed I was chomping down chocolate caramels like they were going out fo style! I took a later coach home last night because mum's hospital appointment was later on. I thought when she got back we could have dinner together before I left but because she lives out in the sticks (no London!) I had to quickly make some marmite sarnies up and dash out the door. I always like a lot of goodies on the coach so I had crisps as well as the caramels. Never mind the 5:2 diet - mine is now nil by mouth until after weigh in (not really!).Thursday
Ah these things happen, main thing is that you get straight back on it. I think my bad weekend did me good as my mad craving have gone now so I can get on with being 100% this week
