B - magic porridge with berries and protein shake

L - cottage cheese and bean cake left from last night, salad, strawberries

Snacks - apple & cinnemon protein cake bar, more strawberries

D - veg, quorn burgers, cottage cheese

Options hot choc, 1/2 protein bar

Hi Gill, hope you're having a great weekend? Italy sounds lovely, bet you can't wait! Yep, I'm mega excited for Tenerife, it will be nice to go somewhere with some sun :)
Just as a matter of interest, how many syns are in your protein shakes? x
 
Hi Jade, I'm having a good weekend thank you :) managed to get to the gym a few times too so starting to feel a bit better being more active ;)

My shakes are 100kcals per scoop so I would think 5 syns, but its just pure protein (no fat or carbs). Sometimes i have a full scoop but sometimes only half.

Are you ok?x

It has been lovely weather, makes a big difference being lovely and sunny rather than rainy and cold.

Yes I was doing but as of yesterday decided im going to try a week of doing my own thing to see if i can shift anything on my own. Ive only lost 2lb on sw since starting in March despite sticking to it religiously most weeks :( just isnt working for me!
 
I keep meaning to try this magic porridge! Sorry you're still struggling gill hope things speed up for you soon

Thanks Gemma, I'll get there eventually (i hope) just want to see if a week off plan helps at all. Still loving all the sw recipes though and I'm really addicted to quorn burgers!!
 
Eaten loads today! Been to the gym twice though ;)

Protein shake, magic porridge with berries, protein bar, jacket potato with feta and salad, strawberries, another protein shake and veg/quorn burgers/cottage cheese.

Expect Ill have a snack later too, maybe half a protein bar or apple and cinnemon cake :)
 
Tuesday

Protein shake, magic porridge, strawberries, pear, protein bar, quorn burger, veg, fish

Weighed myself on gym scales today (this morning) and I was 11.1lb so either they are nicer scales than mine or ive lost a bit :) that was with my trainers on too. Still hopeful I can get close to 10.7 in 3 weeks for hols ;)
 
Wednesday

Very bad pain day today. Think i may be doing too much too soon :(

Food wise ive had;
Apple & cinnemon cake, ff, magic porridge, berries, pear, protein bar, quorn and veg, strawberries.

Going to have a hot choc shortly too :)
 
Still quite sore today :( wish my leg would heal!

Anyway today ive had; apple and cinnemon cake, protein shake, total yog, strawberries, 3 scanbran with yog and berries, quorn chicken slices, lm sausage and bean bake, protein bar.

Eating around 1500cals atm I think. Will weigh tomorrow see what a week off plan has done.....
 
Hi Gill, hope you're ok? Really feel for you with you're leg, it sounds really sore :-(
