Gill SW diary -green days

Fell off the wagon today. Think its after another week of sts! :(

So here to confess my syns...

2x protein bars, ff with an orange, carrot, suede, spinich and bns with cottage cheese, salad with feta cheese (hea), ryvita minis (heb), 3 pieces of dark chocolate.

Don't think its too many calories though, guessing about 1500 so trying not to worry.

Wish I could have some success with sw though :(

Good day today. Though I have eaten loads!

B - cereal bar heb with 2 oranges
S - weetabix crunch (love this cereal dry) heb
L - pasta bake, loads of veg and spinich
S - yogurt
D - noodles, veg and a bit of some spinich and ricotta pasta I cooked for oh (going to say 5 syns)

Had 3x hot chocolates too (6 syns)

Feeling more in control today which is nice :)

B - bit of carrot and suede mash (really strange I know but I have more of a savory tooth in the morning)

S - cereal bar heb, weetbix crunch heb

L - pasta bake with loads of veggies

S - half a protein bar 5 syns

D - bns, veggies and cottage cheese

Maybe a hot choc later. Trying to save a few syns each day incase I have any bad days where I 'need' chocolate x

I've just had a Toblerone ! Opps
Normally I would go for a hot chocolate to help with the cravings, but as it's * week, I just had to have the real thing. I'll try and have fewer syns next week and hopefully it will be ok. I'm saving WI for next Friday as I don't like weighing around * week. I hope you are having a good day :) x x x
 
Had a good weekend. Went over slightly on my syns on Saturday (estimating 25 syns) but will just limit syns for the next few days and hopefully it wont make much difference. Not sure if saving syns has a negative impact on losses verses having them daily but will see....

Today I'm planning on;

B - didnt feel hungry first thing (very unusual for me although did have a late tea last night)
S - ww yog, 3 tangerines, cereal bar heb
L - pasta bake with loads of veg, cheese hea, ryvita minis other heb
S - yog and berries
D - carrot and suede mash with lm rosemary and onion sausages

May have a couple of hot chocolates too which will be 4 syns :)
