Gill SW diary -green days

Ooooo that makes sense now! I try to have Protein at every meal, doesn't always work all the time! I admire you for going at that early hour! I was getting up early to do 30DS but I only lasted 10 Days lol x

I've heard good things about 30DS but believe its quite hard!

My OH gets up at that time anyway so I think as I'm awake anyway I may aswell ;) x

Well done on the early exercise!!! I always leave it til late after/early eve and try to think of any excuse to not go! I dont have time before uni as gym doesnt open early enough! But on days off I.struggle to get up early, any tips on gettin to gym early? X

I don't give myself an option, its just getting into the routine I think. Every night I pack my stuff and leave it by the door. Then literally get up, grab some breakfast and my lunch and I'm out the door. Its really quiet first thing and I'm often the only person there which is nice. I also know its done then for the day :) like you I use to go at night but often talked myself out of it by the time it came to go. I don't even think about not going now as I can't think of an excuse that early ;) xx

Do you go to the gym every morning?? I always struggle getting out of bed in the morning! I'm not a morning person at all!! Well done you, I am in awe :) I am ashamed to say I get pretty much no exercise and can tell from my arms and stomach!!
 
That sounds good! Its definitely a habit I need to change. So easy to feel.tired and say no.once ur.inside the warm house!
How r u finding the adjustment to ww? Im.only in my second week bit have done ww before xx

Finding it ok I think, just hoping I'm doing it right ;)

It is so hard once your warm and inside, that's why I had to swap to mornings. At night I come straight home into my pjs ;)

Every week day morning ;) normally I have a rest day Sat and do sunday afternoon :)

Its made a difference to my muscle tone and fitness but weight wise I've gone up. Started the gym about 2 years ago and although I'm fitter ive gained a stone and a half!x

Todays plan, I'm going to my sisters for tea so not sure what I'm having. She cooks very healthy though so not worried, will just save what points I can :)

B - half a protein bar (3) and banana

S - soup, i got a morrisons chickpea one and bought half the can (2) then filled it out a bit with half a tin of chopped tomatoes ;)

L - yog (2) berries and salad. Salad had a bit of feta so will say 3pp

S - protein bar (6), options hot choc x 2 (2)

Weetabix crunch (3), half protein bar (3), veg, egg white, whole meal pasta (one big ladle full going to call 4), parmasan (1), cottage cheese (4)

Total today
28 dailies
Plus 5 weeklies

Total weeklies 13/49

Working all day :( but I'm off tomorrow and Monday as going down south to visit family :) got a meal out tomorrow night then a Halloween party on Saturday night but I'm going to drive rather than drink so hopefully be able to stick within points this week. Feeling positive :) xx

Harwich in Essex :) only get down once a year but its always a very busy weekend. Its mainly my nan and grandad we go to see but have loads of extended family there too which is nice. Always get spoilt food wise though. They will have a meal booked for friday night, sat afternoon and evening and Sunday afternoon before we come home x

Will try and have lots of salad and veg too :)

Just swapped my planned weetabix crunch in yog to a big salad as im really hungry today. Had loads in it but I think all 0 points, there were peppers, cucumber, courgette, carrots, lettuce, tomato and red onion. Also a couple of pieces of feta again so will say 3pp to be on the safe side ;)

U earn them whatever activity to do, whether its new activity or not, it all counts alot of people
(Including me) never eat activity points but clock them up to see progress. But Some eat them before thry touch their weeklies. Im not sure if u can clock them up and eat them all at once or eat them each day they are earned. I think u have to eat them on the day they are earnt, but im not 100% sure.

Someone will.be along who will make more sense! Lol xxx
 
Thanks Clover, very helpful. May need them over the weekend so if I make sure I go to the gym tomorrow before we go then do lots of walking/dancing sat I may earn a few more to cover my meals out :) x
