I am indeed, full belly and feeling positive. Didn't weigh myself yesterday as I was worried about any weekend damage but may weigh in the morning x

8Another hungry day today, not sure if its because of the weather.
Plan today
Apple betty with yog. Made the apple betty last night with 2x eggs, 3 egg white and a tbsp of natural yog. Think 7pp for the lot which will make at least 3.
So one serving with extra yog (5), half a protein bar (3)
Protein bar ( 6 ) packet of quavers (I think 2) baby bell light (1)
Mash, carrot and suede with onion and spinich and tbsp cottage cheese (1)
Yog (5) think ill eat the full pot by the time I get home! Options hot choc (1)
Total so far 24pp

Was a sw recipe like an apple dessert
Uses egg, yogurt, apples, cinnamon and sweetner. Put it all together and in the oven. Very nice! Xx

Fairly soft bit firmer than cheesecake but nice with the chunky pieces of apple I really like it x
