Thank you so much for your support everyone. Have to admit I went off track last night, first 'naughty' night in ages. Consisted of... Half a bar of dairy milk dime (I think about 50g), half a bag of mint aero bubbles, biscuit, brownie, 3x hot chocolates. So bad but I just felt really down from the week and thought it wouldn't make a difference anyway, back on it though this morning with a fresher outlook after feeling very bloated after eating all that junk! Hope everyone else is having a good weekend xx
