Teresa, its so hard with your back not being right, I can sympathise alot as I've had issues with mine too a few years ago, was off work for a few months too. It does get you down, but you'll get there and be back exercising. I guess you just have to throw yourself into the food aspect of things right now
PCSUey - thanks for the stern words - ha ha! Its very easy to hide when things arent going well. I think I've been quite frustrated the last few days with lack of time for food shopping, preparing food and exercising. I've been hanging in there just about until yesterday when the chocolate took a hold. Your morrocan fish tagine sounds lovely, definitely the sort of thing I'd fancy! Fingers crossed it turns out yummy.
Ok, so this week I'm really wanting to lose some weight! I had an emergency shop to a little tesco after class and hopefully will get to Aldi tonight for a proper shop. I do have more time to exercise this week (the last couple of weeks I've been walking everyday but no classes), plus I'm trying to have a few extra easy days to perk things up a bit.
Here's today: Wednesday 13th APril
B- all bran (42g HB), banana, skimmed milk (HA)
D- wholewheat pasta twists, light salad cream (tablespoon, 1syn), salmon. Tom, cu, sweetcorn, celery, onion, mixed leaves with rocket.
T- prawn stir fry with julienne carrots and courgette, onions, peppers and noodles, garlic ginger and chilli sauce (10g 10calories = 0.5syns)
pud- strawberries, quark, vlf fromage frais, 1/2 packet of white choc options (1syn)
snacks- carrot sticks, apple, 2 x bens butterscotch hifi (6syns), mint hifi (6syns) I'd forgotten I'd already had my HB ggrrrrrr!
That has to be it on the syns for today
