Breakfast:
Activia snackpot yoghurt, 2 peaches

Dinner:
pasta, tuna (113g HB), 30g light salad cream (3syns), gherkins, cucumber, tomato. Nectarine

Tea:
pasta, h/m pasta sauce, 28g cheese (HA), vlf fromage frais, 150g pureed strawberries (2.5syns), 30g options white choc (4syns), 4 mikados ! (2syns I think..... ooops I hope they are 1/2syn each)

Snacks:
banana, 2 scan brans, 2 deli blue cheese laughin cows (HB), milk in tea (HA), 1 small plum, 2 apples

Syns: 11.5
Exercise: 1 hour walking

D-4ryvita (HB), cottage cheese, cu, peppers, carrots. Pineapple

T-wedges, egg, beans. Mango (4), vlf fromage frais, options (2).

snack-ryvita (1), 10g dark chocolate (2.5), banana, milk for breaky and tea (HA)

now- possibly a latte (HA)
 
Still looking great Gobolino! Mikado's are indeed half a syn each. You are good synning your fruit ... I know it's a rule, but seriously, 150g strawberries isn't excessive is it. Well done for not 'tweaking'!
 
Hello- I'm back! Been busy getting things sorted for a family wedding next week. Got caught up shopping yesterday and havent had time to come on here :eek:

Sat -a journey back from shopping which should have taken 10mins took over an hour and a half with roads closed and no idea where I was going.... this shook my day up! Started green, then turned to EE, with a trip to the harvester! All pretty stressful.

I've had a few instances in the last few days where hubby has bought things to eat that are higher syns..... gingerbread man and white choc yesterday. All very nice, but I'd rather not have these things and will now be saying no (nicely of course!).
 
Sunday:

Breakfast:
28g oats (HB), grated apple, banana, splash of milk 50ml from HA

Dinner:
Hubby bought a veg pot for me a few days ago, like the innocent ones only from Sainsburys (6 syns!). Another something that I didnt really want, but couldnt waste it, so I bulked it out and we shared it instead. With loads of peppers, onions, peas, ginger, garlic, chilli.......... so 3syns, plus 100g prawns (HB). Followed by 1/2 a delmonte smoothie lolly (2syns)

snacks:
pink grapefruit
2 nectarines
gherkins
strawberries
options white chocolate (4syns)

Tea:
I'm stuck for tea, not sure if I should turn today into EE or green. I think I'll go green as I have a salmon fillet that I'll keep for tomorrow as that'll be easier for after work. So no salmon for now. I'll have a veggie omlette with 28g HA cheese. Onion, sweede, carrot, peas, cabbage. Served with baked beans.


Snacks:
HA milk latte, 2 mikados (1syn)

Syns = 10

PS to remedy yesterdays bad day I had a big bowl of melon for tea! So it may look bad but I'm packing in the superfree!!!

1 scan bran (part HB), banana

Monday has gone to plan so far, apart from having a full HA of milk, therefore needing to count 3 syns for the laughing cow blue cheese. Also had 2 scan bran, one of which will be counting in HB.

HA milk, HB oats+scan bran
Syns: 3 l/c blue cheese (3syns), 1 scan bran (1 syn)

Have also had a nectarine and banana when I arrived home.


Went to the vets tonight with my dog. He's had a sample taken and hope to hear back within 3 days :( I'm so upset. Apologies in advance if I'm not about much this week.

Teresa -Oh pescatarian is cool! To be honest I dont really have one particular cook book that I cook from, but I do have a pretty good slow cooker book. I like to cook plenty of hearty soups and try to keep things varied. I guess there's one piece of advice (which is pretty much learning from one of my downfalls) and thats making sure each meal has plenty of protein (or at least a balance of protein and carbs rather than being too carb heavy). Best of luck with it and any thing you need help with just shout and I'll give my two penneth !!

Hazel, thanks.... we're trying to keep positive until we hear anything.

I stayed the same this week :) I'm happy as that means its not been a yo yo this week! I'm after a loss next week, but with a wedding on sat, my consultant has said I need to be angelic for the rest of the time. So I'll be giving it my best shot.

Layered salad with carrot, cucumber, tom, sweetcorn, kidney beans, new potatoes and 28g cheese (HA)
