Think i will try DD today dont usually do Saturday DD but gonna give it my best shot . Nothing much planned today . Other half taking boys to town so i will catch up with few chores then off to pick mum up and spend couple hours there this evening . Looks nice and sunny outside today was lovely yesterday too x

Aw thank you . I think you are right about the loss been slower and tweaking cals. Think from last Monday lost .4 lb maybe cut my up days .today gonna be high as bought pie for tea and already had few choc . I THINK i need to make better food choices , not getting enough sleep Dosent help . I will have a good think. I do like the plan maybe I am expecting too much , but that was the beauty off the plan eat what i want. I think also may have to only have one up day at weekends x

0.4 is pretty much spot on for the calories you have eaten. I think you can eat what you want when you have lots to lose, but not when you have less. In his book Dr J really recommends UD's to be 2000 or close to it. If you can manage true alternate days that would shift the calorie balance in your favour. Or just try to cut your UD cals a little. You can do it!!
Well done on the loss!! When you have those UD's under control you'll be really knocking those pounds off
