Going it alone...so my diary and you I hope become my group! :)

6lb gain is fine that will be off in no time. I'm dreading starting a class on sat I reckon all the weight I've lost will be back on but at least it's something we can aim to lose and can keep us motivated xx
 
Thanks ladies.. I was good yesterday until about 2 this morning. I was so hungry at work, I had ate all my fruit but was still hungry so got a sandwich, quavers and a kick at out the vending machine...about 34 syns worth of munchies :oops: think my 6lb gain and vending synage got its revenge as I later split my trousers completely!!!...lol...

I was hungry again when I got in from work at 8 this morning so had a large bowl of shreddies with sugar, followed by a toasted bacon and egg sandwich!!!

Dinner has been a on plan...chilli, rice and jacket.

Back on plan 100% from New Years Day starting 2016 as I mean to go on.
 
I also had a 6lbs gain on Saturday had been 'festive' eating from the weigh in before :oops:
Have only today managed to have a day on track, it's SO hard getting them first few days back on track under your belt....
oops on the trousers! ...have had that happen to me in the past!:rolleyes:
 
So today is the first day back on plan properly...managed to get rid of some more temptation that was lying around the house in the last few days. I also hope I have now well and truly got the bingeing out of my system!! Betting I won't be able to pull back much for Monday now, so if another gain comes I will have to take it on the chin and face the music..lol.. Will be back later on with diary.
 
Good luck with Monday. If you gain at least you know that all temptation is out of the house and you can carry on ☺
I've finally got everything out except a little jar of rum butter I've hid it behind some mushrooms hehe xx
 
I know how you feel with the bingeing, Gemsta. I gained 5lbs over the Christmas week. So much chocolate and crisps. Interesting thing is that after eating healthily, putting all that rubbish back in my body made me feel horribly bloated and nasty! Back on plan fully from today!

Good luck for Monday! I'm rooting for you. ;)

Saturday 2nd January - EE

Up early so had a banana, apple and a cup of tea.

Breakfast
Baked Oats with Apple (1syn) and cinnamon with Ambrosia Light Custard (5.5 syns) after shopping first thing.
Pear and a Clementine
Fruity Tea

Lunch
Cold chicken, with lettuce, lambs lettuce, red chard, beetroot salad with spring onions, cucumber, tomato, pickled onions, cous cous and fat free French dressing
Diet Orangade
2 fat free yogurts and a pear

Dinner
5% beef mince cooked with garlic, onion, carrot, a splash of Worcestershire sauce and a oxo cube. Jacket potato done in microwave then innards scooped out replaced with mince mixture and innards turned into mash and piped over the top, added cheese and served with broccoli and sautéed mushrooms sauce made with garlic and quark.
Diet Orangeade

Cup of tea and a curly Wurly (6syns)

Oh them baked oats and custard sound amazing. And the scooped potato aswell yum yum I'm going to try that with quorn xx
 
They are very yummy...makes it like a hot pudding especially with apple and cinnamon it's like Apple Pie cherries and almond essence becomes like a Cherry Bakewell :p it's nice though with just raspberries also.
 
Weigh in this morning....lost 2lb! I am pleased with that with just 4 days on plan last week.

Thanks everyone

I am late checking in today. Yesterday a friend of mine from work passed away very suddenly. She was just 5 years older than me. Life can be so cruel :(

Food has been fine and I am on plan will add diary later before work or add tomorrow. Hope you are all ok and I will catch you all soon x
