Aw, Thanks, Hun!! I just feel a bit disappointed - I wanted to be at least a stone down for Dubai and 2 for Toronto!!

Feel like a bit of a failure but not gonna have a pity party - you guys all make me feel better about things

Yeah - kinda struggling but back on tomorrow (last few days not really poss) - will for 2 weeks until Dubai. Just really struggling with no weight loss after first week even though being good!!!

OK, Ladies

I have 14 days to lose 14 lbs and a dress size.

Ideas / suggestions gratefully received. Normally would be TOTALLY do-able in first 2 weeks but since I've had this thing put in my arm I just don't know :sigh:

Like I say, any - and I mean ANY suggestions / advice / tips would be very gratefully received

Optimum water levels?
Is it worth doing 14 day shred?
Power plate - tummy exercise suggestions?

If all else fails, which limb do you think would be closest to 14lbs? Please not a right one as I'm right handed

Hmm....not sure if 14lb would be achievable in 2 weeks unless you were starting the diet. Maybe if you did loads of excercise every day....either that or book in for a bit of liposuction...that should do it!! haha...x

Technically it is first 2 weeks as glycogen stores re-stocked

2 weeks til Dubai, Baby, yeah!!!!

Trust me, if I was rich and not such a wimp then I would TOTALLY lipo it!!!
