Monday 19th March 2012 - Extra Easy
A - 300ml purple lid milk
(cant remember if its 300ml or 350ml?)
B - Fibre Plus bar or 5 scan bran
B - Philly light tub with mini ritz crackers
(6).. bad Joanne!, Bowl of grapes, strawbs, banana and a shape yog (free one!)
L - Vegetable soup. Maybe some ham and pasta with salad if I'm hungry after that.
D - Fish
(1), chips and mushy peas from the newest mag. Looks tasty!
Syns - Philly (6), Fish (1).. maybe some mikados later before I go insane for chocolate
I got woken up at 5.40am by a screaming little monster. Whilst trying to wake myself up with a cuppa I decided I wanted philly and crackers..so thats my excuse! I'm going to make the scan bran mixed spice carrot cake, so if that is edible then I will have it for my HEXB, if not - I'll have a fibre plus
Oh and I've also been naughty and jumped on the scales which says I have gained.. but my scales change my weight depending where I move them! Think I should just chuck them in the bin..
