right 1st days eats.

breakfast - 2 x bread 2 pp,1tsp reduced sugar jam 1 pp,scrape flora el 1pp,milk,1pp,melon grapes pineapple 0 pp

dinner - bagel 4pp,scrape flora 1pp,cake 2 pp,apple small bag ww chedders 2pp

tea - back mum and dads for chinese ???????

so far today 14pp
+ chinese but dont know what im having,so day 1 started good ,eneded bad x

You've almost certainly lost if you weighed in clothes. But I suppose that's going to be the same now every week so that's your new "stake in the ground".

sorry guys been real busy.
well i did lose 4.5lb on ww but im coming back to sw cos i know what im doin,ww i havent got a bloody clue.hoping for a loss next week to,now down to 10st 8.5lb

Lollol ur body will just plateau when it hits its optimum weight, mine is around the 9st mark & sure even on strict weeks I rarely drop more than 0.5lb below it! X

Your mum's been telling you that since 11.3 lol! Her and your sisters just need some time to get used to slim Leanne!

Show them that you are eating healthily with a few naughties included and they'll soon learn that you aren't doing yourself any damage xx
