We had a taster session in class this week and someone made syn free pimms which is lovely and will be very refreshing on hot summers day (if we have one this year!!)

Fill a jug with 1 litre diet lemonade and ice, 2tbs of balsamic vinegar, fresh mint leaves, cucumber slices and strawberries, chill in the fridge for a bit to let the flavours infuse and its ready.

When you've finished it the slices of cucumber taste really nice too.

I was missing rich choc like galaxy but all their stuff is high in syns, the new galaxy flutes are 5.5 syns a packet and absolutely lush!! My new fave treat x
