yep had a better evening needed to clear my head , its lisa i feel sorry for shes had i both barrels today off me, i dont know why i get mad ,moody , and a real **** , im very lucky to have her
 
I'm sure she lucky to have you too phil. Its always comes that we take it out on those closest to us even though we dont want to.
 
Ive suffer really bad depression 2 years ago I was a hermit on high meds for it,counselling and time alone got me through bad days,Im much better now although I execpt alot of people on here will disagree lol but my OH has to put up with loads from me,but he hasnt been saintly.
I hope your okay and gald your chirpy I will go vote havent a foggest what for as I dont watch it as I dont have the channel lol :)xxx

shhhh dont tell starlight I voted tool ;)

Im always upfront regarding my depression as its part of me and what makes me,though at the time I didnt realise I had it until a health visitor asked me to fill out a questionaire.
But hey we are all friends on here and its nice to be incontact with people who know what we feel and are trying to achieve.

well i lost the bet, so on the left you will see a picture of the tool aka the commando and i have to keep his picture on my avatar till next thursday , thank you everyone who voted tool , just pipped to the post

morning friends felling alot better about thing today , the backs still sore but im in a good frame of mind , starlight .vanda, enjoy it why it lasts, 102 lol maybe not . so what the plan for today going to be, not sure ,the suns out so shorts are on , going to enjoy it xxx
