had a egg mayo salad sarnie for lunch , very nice . been watching the world cup today (for a change) 2 good games today . the backs not at bad had a shower that helped , going to have a look at everyones diarys now ( till the france game)

morning all thank you nik ,kally, vanda for you input into the songs, will be stopping them , as it trial run , will find something new to do, the back still sore going to give it the weekend then if no change go back to the doctors , thank you to how ever it was who gave me a 5 star rating , im glad you like the diary ,will try and keep it fresh, right will be on after the england game later , got to win this im so amped up for the game COME ON ENGLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
