Hey honeyy!! Thaaanks! Loved gym today can't wait to go tomorrow too, gonna try and do at least an hour of cardio so I don't have to worry about eating out tomorrow night! Xxx

Cool, wats your fave thing to do in the gym ..... I love that stepper one that tells you how many flights of stairs you walked xxx

Ahhh I hate the stair machine lol! Still do 10 mins anyway but it knackers me.. I myself am more of a slave to the cross trainer I love that thing!! Have burnt over 500 today and done a full 60 mins whereas yesterday I only managed 53 mins!! Hope you're okay honey. Xxxx

Ahh see im not the biggest fan of the cross trainers .. The machine I go on burns 125 cals in 10 mins love it ! Hehe .... Im knackered from work .. Urghh, was guna go gym tonight but far too tired xxxxxxx

Exercise:
Didn't manage to fit any in today but big run tomorrow!
Thoughts: So pleased I managed to go out for tea and stay in control. I decided to allow myself either a starter or a pudding, not both, and opted for cheesy garlic bread after looking up the syns. I know it may seem like a lot but I really enjoyed it and it was soo worth it!!

Weighing in at some point this morning (when I get back from uni!) so fingers crossed! Stuck to plan all week but did go out to eat last night (however I did go to the gym where I burnt loooooads of calories!) wish me luck! Xxxx

Tbh towards the end of me being on WW I found I just used MyFitnessPal instead of counting points..seems so much easier! Like being able to calculate exercise calories too easily! Well good luck honey and link me with your calorie counting diary if you set one up! Xxxx

Exercise:
Went for an hours run with my boyfriend, and played on the wii for an hour too!
Thoughts: Been to the cinema tonight and for the first time probably ever I didn't have any popcorn! Instead I took my own snacks, a clue of cereal bars and a ripple. Saved sooo many syns and still enjoyed myself! Will do this more often as cinema snacks are so bloody expensive anyway but just my ticket only cost me six quid. Happy days.

Exercise:
Thoughts: been out for a three course lunch for mothers day today.. So happy with the choices I made, managing to stick to plan! The starters were soup, pâté, garlic mushrooms or melon, that wasn't much of a difficult choice as I like melon. The mains were beef, pork, sea bass or veg tart, again that wasn't too hard as I enjoy beef. But my god the puddings! There was crumble, white chocolate cheesecake (possibly my most favourite dessert in the whole entire world) and fruit salad topped with creme fraiche and almonds. Luckily, we had to preorder so I stuck to the fruit salad but without the extra bits. Feel happy that I managed to stay in control but still had some yummy food. Feel like I am finally turning a corner.

Yeah I feel more free for some reason .. Maybe its coz ive stuck to a diet plan for the last year .. So now im going it alone, hehe xxx
 
I think it is very liberating to count calories, does that sound silly haha?! I know what you mean, when I have off days of slimming world I try to calorie count nonetheless, find if I can at least keep within my calories then I don't feel so bad! :) Xxxx PS have added you!

Thoughts: Tea was soo yummy, and loved my bacon sarnie this morning! Gonna try and do some red/green days the rest of the week as I don't think I'm getting as much superfree in as I should be!

Like on ww i felt like i had to avoid this n that but calorie counting you can have what you want, you just limit other stuff in the day .... i feel freeeeee :cool: xxx

Ah I'm tempted to join ya now haha! I will prob stick to SW for as long as I can until I get bored then I will calorie count :) Xxx
