I think it is very liberating to count calories, does that sound silly haha?! I know what you mean, when I have off days of slimming world I try to calorie count nonetheless, find if I can at least keep within my calories then I don't feel so bad! Xxxx PS have added you!

Like on ww i felt like i had to avoid this n that but calorie counting you can have what you want, you just limit other stuff in the day .... i feel freeeeee xxx
