I find I have to plan too so I have something to look forward too.. Not having anything to look forward to in the evening makes me eat everything in sight during the day!! You gymming it this week babe? I'm back tomorrow I can't wait! Need to burn some serious cals! Want an amazing loss this week :) Xxxxx

Yeah me too, after a days work i just wanna pick .. its not good!!

Yep gyming it twice hopefully friday & sunday ;) ... i went saturday and burned off a lovely 600cals :D:D was made up !!!!

Woooo 600 cals is fab sweetie!! I haven't been since Thursday, but I really pushed myself then! Me and boyfriend went for a walk/jog on Saturday but got a bit boring lol, I prefer being in the gym seeing how much I'm burning!!

I'm off to the gym every day till Friday I think, then will try and do something over the weekend too! Really want to push myself this week, need to do at least 60 mins each sesh! Xxxx

Wow!! go you !!! i dont think i could gym it everyday ... i proper push myself wen im there ..... i need a break inbetween :rolleyes: i use to run alot but its bloody boring init .. i always use to get ankle, foot n knee injuries too :rolleyes: ... why dont u do one of these charity runs so you can train towards something? xx

I've done the Race For Life before.. I might sign up again, I'd like to do it with someone though? Will ask around my friends and see who's up for it!! I prefer biking to running, but those events don't seem to be as popular! I love biking 20/30 miles at a time, burns some serious cals and it's fun!!

Im doin the race for life this year, i did sign up with someone but i recon she wont end up doing it ;) i did the great manchester run last year ... i love the atmosphere :D .. xxx

Wholemeal pitta 1 x hexb
Bacon medallions
Ketchup 1 x syn

Chilli con carne 2 x syns
Rice
Milkybar buttons 10 x syns

Dinner
Gammon
Homemade cheesy chips 1 x hexa
Massive fruit salad of mango, melon and pineapple, topped with a mandarin mullerlight!

Snacks
WW choc chip cookies 4 x syns

Healthy Extras:
A - 42g reduced fat cheese
B - Wholemeal pitta


Syns: 92/105
Exercise: Did loads of weights at the gym to burn fat then 35 mins of cardio burning a total of 224 calories, plus whatever I burnt doing all those weights!
Thoughts: Milkybar buttons were unplanned but thankfully had the syns to cover them!

Exercise: Another gruelling 60 minutes at the gym burning 583 calories :D Thoroughly enjoyed it too!! Wooo
Thoughts: Did a bit of a shop today, got loads of fruit and veg so if I decide to do extra easy then I am well equipped! :)

Definitely not having enough superfree foods, so going to do a couple of red/green days where it doesn't matter as much! Might find myself having an extra easy day over the weekend if unavoidable! Xxxx
 
Yeah I'm the same! I've been trying to have fruit after extra easy meals to get my superfree but sometimes I've been forgetting or being too full lol! So red and green days for the next few days.. Probably mainly green as I can't do without my precious carbs!! ;-) Xxx

Yes honey.. Was going to save one as I'm not sure what I'll be having for my tea yet.. But might have a bit of meat! If not I will just have another cereal bar lol. Thanks anyway sweetie, having 2 HEX's are the best thing about green days :D Xxx
