Brunch mango & joya yoghurt

Lunch wholemeal (hexb) & egg.

Snack Bran flake (hexb) and water

Dinner pasta, baby carrots & veggie sausage (1)
 
Had a couple of days slightly over syns so didn't bother to post as I would have felt a bit bad!
Back on it today, so:
B - 2 weetabix with a banana and Blue Diamond Almond Breeze milk, unsweetened (HEB and part HEA)
S - 2 bananas
L - 60g wholemeal roll (HEB) with a roasted green pepper and a tiny amount of Sheese original creamy spread (2 syns), rocket and baby leaf salad with seed sprinkles (1.5 syns) and 1 tbsp balsamic dressing (1 syn), 100g Alpro Soya vanilla yogurt (1.5 syns)
S - Apple and grape snack pack
D - Filo pastry pie filled with mushrooms, onion, garlic and veg stock (6 syns), Jersey Royal potatoes, carrots, peas and maybe some sprouts.
Pud - chopped strawberries if I fancy something
200ml Koko coconut milk with chocolate (HEA)
Total syns: 12

Breakfast- quinoa & couscous porridge (1/2 HEA) with sultanas (1.5 syns) and frozen berries
Tea - veg & bean casserole, might have some mushy peas with it and will probably add some curry spices so it's a little different
Lunch for work- hummus and tomato sandwiches (2 HEB and 3 syns) mixed salad with pickles and olives (1 syn) and apple
Snacks - protein shake (HEA + 1 syn), french fries (4 syns)
 
Wholemeal toast & egg

Food for Friday

Breakfast- 1 LM sausage, field mushroom, grilled tomato, beans, tinned chopped tomato and potato cake (1.5 syns)
Tea - Veg & bean casserole with chilli in it today, rice and mushy peas
Lunch for work -2 x hummus and tomato butties (2 x HEB + 2 syns), salad, apple and grapes
Snacks - french fries (4 syns), banana and protein shake (HEA + 1 syn)

Omelette - (2 eggs, cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn, red onion & 2 emmental laughing cow light) ketchup

Dinner
Goats cheese & balsamic salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, 30g pasta, tbsp balsamic dressing, 50g goats cheese)

It really was !!! I melted the goats cheese under the grill and it was all warm n yummy ... I may repeat it tomorrow for me dinner ... Yum!! X

Snacks for cinema: Pepsi max, grapes and pineapple
Dinner: 1 WW petit pains (HEB), soya steak (free), pickled onions, red onion, tomato pasta, golden veg savoury rice (1 syn) and corn on the cob with 1tbsp sweet mango/chilli sauce (1 syn)
Diet coke float with 50g Swedish Glace vanilla ice cream (5 syns)
200ml Kara coconut milk with chocolate (HEA) and splashes of Blue Diamond Almond Breeze in coffee (part HEA)

Goats cheese, garlic roasted potatoes, quorn peppered beef, balsamic dressing & lots of salad ... to top it off I ate it under sun in my garden at 28 degrees .. I shoulda been a chef me ;) .... X

D - Tofu curry with onions, mushrooms, peppers, spinach, chilli, garlic and peas (3 syns) with bombay potatoes and spicy pappadum (1 or 2 - not yet decided - 2 syns each) with 1 tbsp mango chutney (2 syns)

Total syns: 11 or 13 depending on pappadums

After much browsing I have finally decided what I'm having for tea so here's my food for today

Breakfast -Vegan french toast (HEB + 2 syns), frozen berries, banana and 1/2 soy yogurt pot (1 syn)
Lunch - 1 LM sausage, chopped tomatoes with sliced mushrooms in, field mushroom, beans, spaghetti and potato cake (2 syns)
Tea - Spaghetti or pasta with cauli, olives and almonds (3 syns + HEB) and salad
Snacks -Grapes, protein shake (HEA + 1 syn)
 
The vegan French toast looked amazing. . Recipe pleas? ??

There are several ways of making it, I used 1 tsp of The Vegg, rice milk (or any non dairy milk) and 1 tsp of cornflour, whisked them all together. Toasted the bread, soaked it in the mix and fried using fry light. You can add sweetener but I didn't it was sweet enough with the fruit and yogurt. It stays quite soft , it doesn't firm up as much as traditional french toast but it was really scrummy :)
You could use, flax seed, flour, Orgran "No Egg" or any other egg replacer instead of The Vegg. There was a recipe online using banana instead of egg but it was higher in syns.
