Had a couple of days slightly over syns so didn't bother to post as I would have felt a bit bad!
Back on it today, so:
B - 2 weetabix with a banana and Blue Diamond Almond Breeze milk, unsweetened (HEB and part HEA)
S - 2 bananas
L - 60g wholemeal roll (HEB) with a roasted green pepper and a tiny amount of Sheese original creamy spread (2 syns), rocket and baby leaf salad with seed sprinkles (1.5 syns) and 1 tbsp balsamic dressing (1 syn), 100g Alpro Soya vanilla yogurt (1.5 syns)
S - Apple and grape snack pack
D - Filo pastry pie filled with mushrooms, onion, garlic and veg stock (6 syns), Jersey Royal potatoes, carrots, peas and maybe some sprouts.
Pud - chopped strawberries if I fancy something
200ml Koko coconut milk with chocolate (HEA)
