That bacon looks lovely! I only like bacon if it's crispy so didn't think microwaving it was an option for me, how long do you have to cook it for? ....no more messy grillpan for me, yummy!!!

About 4 mins each side - just keep checking it and pop it back in for a bit longer if it's not done enough for you.

I love to grill the ass out of mine. I almost want to try the microwaving thing but am not sure if I want to waste a piece of good bacon doing it. Oven doing it sounds good, I have had that before - no more turning it for an all round crispness.

I bought 'normal' bacon yesterday instead of the medallion stuff, my world is shattering around me becaue I now don't think I like normal bacon (darn SW!!!)
