Hoping to have some really good days, just ignore breakfast because we were coming back at like 2am so I decided to log it anyway xD

I had a really bad day today for food Tried to get to 1200 and ended up eating way too much because of it. It's like the moment I give myself a little bit of something I'm incapable of staying in control. Going to keep myself more limited I think and just make sure that I don't eat things like this in an uncontrolled way again.

Yeah I might try that tomorrow I'm not really good at breakfast and I feel really sick if I eat too much but I probably should. I hope your fishcakes are nice! Mine were really yummy Salmon is so tasty
Mmm fishcakes sound good Your overall calorie intake is still looking pretty low so don't be too hard on yourself if you sometimes go a bit over target x
