2 boiled eggs, cucumber, tsp mayo, chicory, celery
Prawn and mushroom stir fry with edame beans (asda pack) bit heavy handed with the chillies!!

C25K - week 3 day 3 again with abdominal crunches in gym
Dog walk
Decided not to eat out as both my sister and I are training for race for life and want to be careful with our diet and save our pennies - so long chat but no meal out this week.
