Thanks all!! Lost 1lb, so not as much as I have been but it's all in the right direction :)

Busy busy bee today so just a flying visit & will hopefully pop in later on...got a last minute shift change to a late, which means today will be just as wonderful as yesterday!!!

Another shockingly pants day at work getting messed about, but no more, I've said I'm no longer flexible, cos I'm so peed off & bloody minded!! We'll see how long it lasts!
