Right to today - I seemed to not eat enough during the day & have had a sugar rush this evening, chocolate, cake & kitkat!! It was only 2 little chunks of choc, a teeny graze cake & 2 finger kitkat so not too bad!
Looks like this week may be worse than last week staffing wise...I'd advised them I'm clean out of favours & I'd they shaft me again this week I'm outta there...empty threats but still just so bored of their attitude. We turn a good profit so we can afford more staff, apparently not....
Anyway I was busy on my feet today, 5aps just from walking!
B- porridge made with water, blueberries, honey (4pp)
L- tuna salad (5pp)
D- oven baked pork with loads of tomatoes, courgette & bns, new potato wedges, light mayo (12pp)
S- pistachios (1), fruities (1),
Then after dinner - montezuma orange & geranium choc (1), graze carrot cake (2), kitkat (3) (8pp)

So found some montezuma orange & geranium, so bought it....I have to say its a bit too flowery for me...not enough to not eat it BUT I won't be wolfing it down like maya gold !

Not sure i can consort with you now you've tried and don't love my favourite chocolate I quite like floral flavours in food. I shouldn't recommend the lidl dark chocolate with freeze dried raspberry pieces should i??? Don't want to provide more chocolate disappointment...

Interestingly while you were all discussing scones yesterday I was sat at work enjoying a homemade scone with clotted cream and jam that one of my colleagues had brought in. A very good first day back after holiday. For the record - scone as in gone, fruit scone, cream first (although only clotted cream or else there is no point) and jam. Preferabbly blackcurrant.
To the food, first day of three 7am starts, so double small breakfasts!
B1- banana, cereal bar (2pp)
B2- yoghurt, melon (2pp)
L- couscous with roasted veg & ham, quavers (6pp)
D- mince in a tomato based sauce, stuffed in a GIANT round from the allotment courgette, served with rice & yoghurt (14pp).

Bit moody today, not really sure why, just think I want this assignment done so I can start really enjoying the summer!!
Only cadbury - a finger of fudge is just enough to give the kids a treat, or in my case a finger of fudge is not quite enough to give Hannah a treat!! Ah well!

Right I weighed this morning purely because I'm in a challenge on a thread & my WI's been Wednesdays...so 1.5lb off do far! Such a relief after the sts last week. Still it's 0.5lb up on last Friday, so I'm definitely sticking with Friday WI, it's better for my state of mind!
Hub went away again with work & back tomorrow late. It's not too bad really. I get to watch what I want & eat what I want without having to worry about his 'fussiness'
