I stuck to my usual 2 ;-) x

More is defo more!! Feeling hungry after lunch, I found a new national trust place we hadn't been to. So off we trotted to try out there cafe, scone, jam & cream! Thankfully for pp they'd run out if clotted cream so is was a little whipped cream instead - far less pp but not quite as tasty!!

Welcome trina -I'll hunt you out if you've a diary :)

I miss eating like I have no cares, although not the stone in weight I inevitably gain before I rectify the situation!! Still I'm going to take inspiration from all of you & maintain it thus time & not just stuff my face because I think I can!

You best not take after this No-Will PowerPuffer now ;-) x

It's only a holiday, if you get back on track when you get home you are officially a (will)powerpuffer!

I have just seen the new Haagen daaz sensations advert OMG - it looks divine, ignore, ignore, ignore!!

Haha yeh i guess. Its just me serena and emma at the min dont think many people luk in off topic. Think serena talks bout willys alot on it!!! It was lovely but if u dont like spicy things then stay away. The burger is huge and then u get your side and fries and 1 piece chicken and the large drink and trust me u need the drink. Im doing old ww so it was 22,my whole days points.x

22 old points is quite a lot of pp!! May not try it yet - hope you enjoyed it ;)

The ice cream on the advert was chocolate with bits of chocolate sauce in that's runny & gooey, yum!

Turns out that I counted my ham twice yesterday, saving me 2pp - 12 weeklies left, happy days!!

This morning was all about the essay. It's due 14th august, but I've set myself a deadline of 9th as I have a hen that weekend in Cambridge... can't wait, Pimms in the park, sparkling on the river, dinner & dancing :) Anyhoo, I've done the research & have a plan, just gotta get down to the writing - hoping to bash it out this week :)

Late this avo it was scones & cream at a local national trust place....one of my routines, as I've probably mentioned, is to ask yourself if something is really worth the pp - yes it was!!

We walked there & took a long route back, then got the gardening bug so trimmed the hedge, cut stuff back & swept all around.

B- yoghurt, fruit & half a punnet hot cross yum (4pp)
L- left over picnicy bits - ham, potato salad, green salad, bread & quavers, nectarine (8pp)
D- chorizo, leek, courgette & carrot tops in soft cheese & Greek yog sauce, fresh tagliatelle (12pp)
S- scone, jam & cream (9), red wine (4), frozen yog, jelly & berries (2) (15pp)

39/29
Weeklies - 10 used today, 47 in total, 2 left for back up ;)
AP's - 3 walking & gardening

Forgot to mention I have another massive amount of courgette & beetroot from my friends allotment :) Going out in a few days I think to grab me some blackcurrants before they go bad - gonna make cordial & jam :)

Healthy eating for life?? Here's hoping!!

Yummy I do love a good scone! Sounds like you had such a gorgeous day Hun yay for 2weeklies left just in case you needed a lil something something durin the week you have it there for a bit of safety

Mmmmmmm I love Scones, Cream and Jam, I have to put the cream first and then apply the jam tho and I don't like it if they are 'Pre-filled' I like to do my own spreading lol. I am very particular with my scones ;-) x

Oh yes I like to do it myself, although the other way round! One's Cornish, the other Devonshire, I can't remember which is which, I shall investigate!

You're Devonshire & I'm Cornish, although I omit the butter unlike they traditionally do in Cornwall....butter too seems a little excessive!!!

Jam first then the cream for me aswell! I woulda taught it would be hard to spead jam on cream no??

Yey for being Devonshire! Any other Devonshires out there? I just like to put the cream on first, it makes the jam seem more defined and its the first thing which touches my lips! I don't put Butter on either, I always think scones are buttery enough. Next question...Plain or Fruit? Has to be plain for me! X
