I did run week 4 this morning. It felt good then I got showered, washed up, put the washing away, headed to work via town, happy positive - then work which was a big pile of poo! I've decided not to get worked up anymore & to simply not care & put any effort it, I feel very few others do with no repercussions so why do I care so much???? They sure as hell don't care about me....so I may have eaten my way through a bad day a little bit!!!

I lost 2lb!!! No idea how as onthe maintenance plan!! 9st5, yay me
