So today is my tricky day - start at 7am and need something to eat before I go, then break at 10am, lunch at 12pm, finish at 3pm, dinner at 8pm....so it can be a snacking frenzy, but I'm determined to keep it under control today![]()

I know it's only one day, can't let it beat me - gotta counter the weekend in time for WI tomorrow! Currently on my break with crumpet & jam....menu:
