30pp on dominos is not a waste!!!

Bunny was upstairs in the hutch part, looking out at the world when I came down this morning. He's letting me stroke him which is all good. I think I'm going to make the steps on the ramp bigger so it makes going up & hopefully down easier. He does look down the ramp a lot with a wistful look but he's a bit of a wimp!!

In other news, set out on a run with the aim of doing 6.5k. My times are slow, avg. 6m50-7m per km so I thought 45 mins...it was tough going I'm not going to lie but I was going so I pushed it a tiny 500m more & did 7k. I'm not breaking any records obv, but my time was much better than expected, 46m25 avg. 6m37 per km....go me :D

I'm feeling a lot happier now than a few weeks ago though...when I put on a running t-shirt it was loose around my hips & bum, which is how it should be, but not the last month or 2. It must mean I'm getting there, I'm feeling so much better than even last week, the bloated tummy is finally going down....not sure the beer this weekend will help though ;)

But it's all ok, so far....

B- yoghurt, trail mix & banana (4pp)
L- made a huge batch of soup - lots of random veg & tomatoes, which I blended then added spag to make 2pp per portion :) plums
D- squarish wrap pizza with chorizo, veggies & Parmesan plus huge salad with hm coleslaw & I took a pic! Just hope it uploads! (9pp)
S- strawbs, nectarine, graze ginger cake (2), lager (6), wine (6) 14pp

I make that 29/32
Enough for some choc with my vino - happy days ;)

Oh well....I've so many but if its a 3pp it has to be curly wurly, fudge or my absolute most favourite green & blacks maya gold....if I'm pushing the boat out maltesers or a crunchie....in an ideal world mars bar :D

i like to have 14g of dark chocolate (most evenings) (2pp) and i break it up into little pieces and suck it so it lasts longer lol. also i couldnt eat a lot of dark choc as its so rich whereas i wld eat alot more milk choc

My favourite for 2pp is Time Out, 3pp is Kit Kat Cookies n Cream or Kit Kat Dark but last week I pushed the boat out and spent 5pp on a Crunchie and it was AMAZING, worth every pp! X

Thanks Serena for putting in the pp value :) 4pp is a bargain for what you get - warburtons do a round pitta as well for 4 which works just as well as a pizza base. Pizza has been our Friday night thing for years because we go to the pub after work & need something quick & easy. I'm not always so good I make one of these though!!

Freezing curly wurlys?? Going to out one in the freezer now, brill idea!

I love dark chocolate soooo much I could eat 100g in a go, it's not too rich for me ;)

Out to a village carnival today on the bikes so exercising & village fun, can't wait! Been studying this morning, so feel like I deserve a break & tomorrow I'll have my head in the books too :( Roll on 7-Aug when my last assignment for this year is done & I can enjoy 2 months of freedom!

Oh yes it was good & in my allowance, I've got 32 dailies + 42 weeklies for today, a whopping 74pp, but I need them!! Saving my other 7 weeklies for tomorrow. I also had a SP this morning and was 1.5lb down on Wednesday so, after today I will hopefully at least maintain this week ;)

B- nectarine, weetabix, skim milk (4pp)
L- ice cream & beer! (12pp)

We went to the carnival which was lovely but I think we needed kids, namely my nephews! No beer tent, so we stopped for a wee one on the way home. So hot for cycling but glad we did, the exercise helps.

Because we didn't 'eat' at the carnival we had a late BBQ at home, which is good because I get so much more control with the good. Like potato salad with 0% Greek yog not mayo

D- burger in a warburton thin, sausage, chicken in chilli jam marinade, potato salad, salad & dressing (21pp) NOT bad at all
Drinks - after the beer...Pimms with diet lemonade, cava & wine (25pp)


62/74 ;) pp left for CHOCOLATE :D
And 4ap earnt

Whoop whoop indeed, it's my favourite plan. It was my first ever proper diet & I lost 2st, since then I've been up & down like a yo-yo trying everything - I always come back to & succeed on WW because its so flexible. I guess there's plans for everyone mine is this...just got to stick to it this time & not get out of control....maintenance is the hardest part!

I didn't eat it all & thought I'd snack on it later, but I've saved it for lunch tomorrow. The funny thing is if I'd had it as dinner it would cost me 2pp, but if I have it as a separate meal tomorrow it's 4pp! (Chicken, potato salad, char grilled veg)

Booze - 19pp
Didn't need as much wine after all!

Snacks - I defo needed these!...quavers, fruities, kit kat: 2 fingers...then 2 more! (9pp)

Totals: 66pp - 32 dailies - 34 weeklies ;)

Look at u go Hun sounds like you had a brill day!! Carnival sounds brill havnt been to one in years! Yea we do feel the same when we r out and feel that everyone has kids except us. Like the time we were in the line to get into the zoo and we were the Only people with no kids hahahaha totes awkward lol

I totally agree that this is most flexible, I can't think of any other diet where Ive been 100% for over 8 weeks despite still having a life!!!x
