Finding it tough, not weighing now for over 3 weeks.... Hmmm. My scales aren't reading bf% for some reason, think they might need a good clean maybe... Should really be keeping note of that with my workouts... Been having a wobbly few weeks, eating too much on eating days, but I am getting there.
My pt is showing me some proper bodybuilding type routines on Sunday, so looking forward to that
Got my stinkin cardio routine sorted, hate cardio! Found a compromise! Speed kettlebells! 20 x 30 sec sets. Starting at 15 swings per set for 20 and working up to 20 swings for 20 sets.
Then once I do that it'll be onto 45 sec swinging : 15 sec rest, going up to 30 swings in each set.
I aimed to do 20 each set and burned out quite quickly, having to take longer breaks which defeated the point of it being cardio lol. Attached a shot of my log.
Only doing this once a week as it feels like too much of this will aggravate my knee... Got a meniscus tear, bloody lovely, not!! My quads hams n butt are fairly feeling it today after the session
