Completely full! Have got some goodies for later, and im not even interested in them just yet. I think I was that used to a down day on friday that its a bit of a shock having an up friday evening...!

I remember seeing loads of people talking about it on here, starting threads about shift work and doing their days differently, but I've never seen anyone actually do it! So I thought why the heck not, and now I love it more than regular days!! whoop

I do fast asides a cup of tea every now and then. I've just kinda got into the way of fasting nearly by accident...and I just ended up liking it. Don't count cals on my downs, don't count cals on my ups (just *try* to have a bit of sense on ups... and I don't think I could physically drink 500 calories of tea on a down day )
I find it a lot easier mentally cause I'm not constantly thinking how many cals I have left. And because I'm giving my head a break I'm not stressed about it and not wanting to binge half as much.

Its WEEK TEN tomorrow and I haven't broken my dd's once. I don't think I've got this far on any diet, without cheating, ever. And I've dieted a lot. Amazeballs XD
I'm in an insanely good mood now I've dealt with my anxiety, actually talked to my GP and was listened to, and helped. Happy pills are ****ing awesome because I no longer feel frantically ocd and scared of everything. I have some galaxy caramel cake buns and I'm not even hugely interested in eating them right now because I am actually.... settled?
I don't feel like I have to dampen down the choas in my head with the happiness food provides, if that makes sense?

Someone recommended them to me when i was on Im hoooome!!! I have had 2 days of gluttony...and a really realy good time with jimmy austin. I don't know how u can do a teueb 24 hour fast. I a hundred calv meal last night to start my fast. I thought I cud easily get through day without eating and have my up dinner tonight but bomb starving!

I'm just really settled into the *doing* of juddd rather than the *thinking*. For me total fasting removes all of the thinking about it. I just get on with it. It's still horrible being so hungry at times but I find it fine when I know ups are only a short time away.
When I dieted on a conventional diet I drove myself mad remembering points/calories/syns in things, now my head is free of all that madness.
