Yeah I've not really lost much lately but it settles me when there isnt the wild spiking. I do think this is definitely down to the silly husks (i cant remember how to spell it so that's their new name
) and my movements are regular and normal, hurrah
going pretty much every day at the moment which is an unknown for me on juddd
So I can positively say I now have NO bad side effects on juddd, now I've done my lil tweaks with the splitting days and taking the silly husks.
It really is a diet that you have to be game for changes and tweaks before you find the way that works for you. It can be scary to let go and change things. Diet brain makes us all scared of just eating what we want on ups but I've found I eat NOWHERE near as much when I actually say YES i'll have that chocolate, and I enjoy it. Had a few mad weeks at the beginning where I did literally stuff my face until I was sick, but it soon passes!
Heading into week 12 tomorrow, who would have thought I could keep to a diet for so long. I used to rely on the weekly public weigh ins at sw or ww, to keep me on track and even at that sometimes I didn't last the week!! Now I'm on week 12 without a thought of stopping. fab-u-freaking-lous
