I can haz cake?
I'm trying to not set difficult targets so that I'll definitely achieve them. When I went to dieting classes I always set myself unrealistic targets and inevitably failed. 1lb a week is more than enough for me now. I feel bloody fantastic on this journey.
Just been at an immense gym sesh. Did legs today! Actually got running on the treadmill at 7.5kmph! Pretty chuffed with that! Lots of squatting and leg lifts, and did a few kettle bell swings to add a little mix. Sitting in the wee lounge room in fitness first enjoying a nice cuppa even nicer that it's free
Was looking over my past 12 weigh ins and thinking how far I've come. Will post them up when I get home as I didn't bring my Filofax lol xx
