That's a great loss over the week....well done!
sorry..you've probably written this elsewhere...but what sort of stuff do you eat at your up times? Because it is obviously working brilliantly as you have been doing the diet for a long while now but are still getting great losses. Any tips would be great!

The only thing I've cut out of my diet is constant binging and diet food (like diet bread, sweetener, ready meals). I think they were very much linked. Sweetener was destroying my body and I only realised that it was when I stopped taking it. I was like a freaking carb craving monster, eating for an inhuman desire for food, rather than eating to live and for enjoyment. I do have the ocassional sugar free fizzy drink, but its gone from a 2l bottle a day to one a week. I eat full fat cheese, proper chocolate bars and crisps, but I eat one portion of those instead of 3 bag of diet crisps for example.

The biggest thing I had to do was getting over my emotional connection with food. I've funnelled my addictive nature into the gym and set myself a target.

I did gain 0.8 last week so I guess this loss is kinda 2 weeks worth x

Thanks pet... I'm not feeling too hot today, feels like I've got a clamp over my lungs, they're just aching from all the coughing I've been doing over the past week. But I will be fine no doubt :) gonna take it easy today x

Ok so I weighed in again at 9am, had a mahooooooooosive pee and couldn't resist reweighing lol. So week 17 stands as it is, and week 18 is as follows:

Sat 17/11 246.8 (-1.1 post ddu) -1.1

Obviously was one hell of a pee I did lol xxx

Well done on the fabulous loss this last week Hann, you are doing an amazing job, and especially as you are not feeling well, because personally thats when I comfort eat.

I seam to be losing everywhere but my boobs and tummy.
My back size is smaller but still an H cup.
And my tummy seams even bigger and jigglier than before. :-(
I know it isn't, but its more noticeable now.

Oh and congratulations in the loss/big wee. Lol
