I don't diet over the weekend this way its easy for me. Only one prob this weekend I had only carb carb and more carb. Tut tut not so good aye?
Check my weight this morning 15s and half pound. Little upset but its ok I was expecting lot worse than that.
Totm is due so I have to be very careful.

Good luck Harry you are doing well sticking with the 3 packs - I know what you mean about weekends they are the worst time for dieting I have a big meal on Sat night and I am dreading it already I just need to try and make low carb choices and no pudding this time - not like tonight !!!! It is such a hard diet especially when there are social events going on or working away from home or doing night shifts as you also know - just think of Christmas we will get there and be lighter on the 25th xx

Naah I am getting tired of this diet now.
I am so good since last three days and still not losing. Maybe Totm is playing its part but its so annoying at times when scales not moving downward.
If your having every weekend off with carbs maybe your regaining what you've just lost? Is there anyway you could still have your 2 days off but maybe do a sat and wed off say do its only one bad day not 2 consecutive? Xxx

Wine is prob the worst for kcals... Vodka and coke zero would be carb free... Normally spirits and diet mixers are okay ( allowed on Atkins ) it's about finding what works but also what is sustainable long term... xxx
