Step 1 Sole Source Helllpppp

4 days left. I am just doing 5 hours a day at work until Friday then full time after our holidays. Having an "I want to eat" day, and just had some crisps. I feel so bad now !! But they have gone and that is that!!! People keep commenting on my weight loss and I am sure my brain says "it's ok, you can eat now!! Lol"..anyway...enjoy your holiday and I will catch up when we are back. We can exchange weight gain!! Haha..
 
Only two days at work left then! Wooo! We all have slip ups nothing you can do now you've been so good don't worry :) yeah I know I'm the same I eat then I best myself up about it lol. It certainly will be weight gain worth it though! Haha Have a good time!! Xx
 
Holiday was amazing.. So good I put on 12 pounds! Haha! Back on Cambridge today hungry!!! How was your holiday?

I won't weigh myself!! But definitely a gain!!! Had an amazing week, glad you enjoyed. I am back on diet today but not going for my Cambridge stuff til Saturday. Gonna just try chicken and eggs til then. It's so easy to put weight on isn't it?? Shame it doesn't come off as quick. Good luck this week :)
 
I didn't weigh myself either went round to my consultants was weird going to see how much I gained instead of lost haha. Glad your holiday was good! Yeah it's meant to be easier to cut carbs before Cambridge I'm having my normal first week feeling sick and nervy but it will be worth it keep reading the Cambridge mag for inspiration! X
 
Had to see my consultant for some shakes and told her to just weigh me and assess the damage. 2lb gain..am so shocked!! I ate my weight in bread, chips and ice cream!! So not much to undo thankfully!! To celebrate I went to the chip shop!! Haha..back on it now!!
 
Day 3 I'm in ketosis but I'm starving!! Just went to boil an egg and removed myself! Having a battle today. Going to try some water and if I'm still hungry I may have to nibble on some chicken. Forgot how hard the first week was!
 
Same here. I tasted the foul taste of ketosis today, but just had chicken and veg for tea!! I only have shakes for breakfast, am easing my way back in this week!! I was so hungry today too..first week is awful....keep going, you can do it xx
 
I had some chicken yesterday I had a right battle with myself and decided that it wouldn't hurt as my consultant says it goes straight through you. Plus I think I'd of been more of a night mare lol feeling sorry for my other half feels harder the second time round. I'm away again August bank holiday with his parents so I'm just focusing on that! Roll on weigh ins for motivation!! Xx
 
We go away in November to gran canaria so am hoping for another 2 stone off...god I wouldn't recognise myself a size 12!! A bit of chicken is ok, I always nibble on it when I am hungry. Am sure by August you will be well back on track, are you off anywhere nice?
 
I'm sure you will that would be amazing! I'm hoping the next couple of weeks I can get my 12 pound off and then il have 3 weeks to loose more before we go then straight through till christmas hoping to be a size 12 for new years ive gone down to a 16 but il be the same wont be able to recoginise myself! haha. Will feel good though! Before my holiday I had chicken and a coke zero once a week as a treat to see me through without breaking out of ketosis so think im going to do that again for motivation! My boyfriends parents have a caravan in Devon so we are going away with them for a few nights then its his birthday so I'm going to jump between step 1 step 3 and have a few days off :) id love to be back in Gran Canaria want to go back next year!
 
We went to Devon last year, went to woolacombe, so so beautiful. Loved it. We have never been to gran canaria but we have a city trip every year around march, Amsterdam/Barcelona etc as its my boyfriends birthday in Xmas day so I always book a city break as a present so he has something to look forward to in the year. We then do a holiday with the kids in July and then our abroad break in oct/nov - no kids!! Only been able to do it since giving up smoking 2 years ago, the money we spent!! My god!!
As soon as we get to a 12 we should swap emails for before and after...sounds like we both have the end of the year as a goal :)...xx
 
Yeah I can't wait, always the way get off one holiday dream of the next! We went to barcelona in April loved it and I brought that for my boyfriend haha! So nice to give something like that and also you get to enjoy it to! Perfect ha. That's good well done for giving up mine has increased since Cambridge! Yes defo sounds good! My consultant reckons there's no reason not to reach goal by the end of the year but the funny thing is she never gave me one so I always make my own mini goals a size 12 for New Years my mum would have a shock since she said I would never be smaller than a 16 told her to watch this space! Haha :)
 
Well done!!! My consultant said that happens as on holiday you retain a lot of fluid and also if you drink alcohol your body holds water to help flush your kidneys, so I bet it was all fluid...I have been really bad today and had a KFC and 3 biscuits!! Haven't officially gone back on diet, that starts next week but am getting weighed tomorrow. I feel I have gained this week. I feel fat!! Lol x

Yeah that's true there was a lot of alcohol consumed!! I'd love a KFC if I see the advert on tele one more time I will scream haha. If you have gained it'll soon go off anyway as I learnt today haha! Thanks Hun! On route to that size 12 think I may have to buy myself an outfit in a 12 as motivation chicken tomorow :) mmmm can't wait! Do you have the porridge? I brought some today tried it at the consultants house and quite liked it!
 
I tried the porridge last time and wasn't over keen! I have a cappuccino shake every morning. Oh well, off to do a morning of overtime then weigh in time!! Will keep you posted xx
