Hello all, i've joined today as I've set myself the goal of losing my last two excess stones by Christmas day this year. i do love having a goal in mind as it really helps to keep me motivated. If there are any other newbies that are out there who want to keep in touch and motivate each other then feel free to add me etc. My plan for the week is looking like this:
Sunday - 697 cal Fast day and a 45 minute swim (which was lovely, haven't been for ages)
Monday - healthy balance day - eggs and toast for brekky, home made soup for lunch and chicken salad and sweet potato for tea. Fruit and yoghurt for snacks - Fitness Blender workout
Tuesday - 697 cal Fast day - 30 mins of powerhoop
Wednesday - Healthy balance day, food to be decided on - Fitness blender workout
Thursday - 697 cal Fast day - 30 mins powerhoop
Friday - Off plan day so going with the flow foodwise - Fitness Blender workout
Saturday - Off plan day as above, rest day for exercise.
Good luck to anyone else starting from afresh today...
