Hello everyone! After doing sw previously I've decided to do ww online as it seems to fit into my life better! But I'm all signed up and still don't really have a clue lol anyone with any tips would be much appreciated!! Thank you :)
 
Welcome :) iv only been doing it a nearly a month now so no expert. I would suggest if it goes in ur mouth, track it. Otherwise u are eating away and not realising just how many pps ur eating.ensure stuff too :) Xx
 
Hi, I've been doing weight watchers for just under two weeks. I've found that its just educating yourself about how much fat etc is in the foods that you would normally eat, I'm quite surprised of the contents of some foods in all honesty. It's not about you not being able to ever eat these foods ever again it's just controlling the portion size and making sure that you have allowed yourself enough points to eat what you fancy. It's good to plan what you are going to eat in advance therefore you know if you can fit the foods that you would like to eat that week in with a particular day ie if you want something really fatty and naughty one day then make sure the rest of the meals for the rest of the day are low fat. Also I've found that making a few swops in the food that I eat makes all the difference, for example I had egg mayo sandwiches for lunch today, my usual margarine and mayo would be a few points each to add to the food diary but instead I've bought weight watchers low fat spread which is 0pp for up to 15g and sainsburys good for you mayo 1pp for 3 tablespoons. So a few swops, bit of portion handling and piling extra fruit or veg to meals and you should be on to a good start!
