Yup started although using my left over Cambridge shakes until my s&s comes on Monday lol. I'm dreading this weekend cause its just shakes I have but really looking forward to next week. Got all my days planned out and feeling positive.
Iv done it before 1st time I managed a week but then had a treat never been able to do it sine but motivated now lol. I like the dark Truffa bars and the coconut ones
Headaches, headaches, headaches... ! I've been low carbing these past few days in preparation for starting my packs, but headache is still running rampage.
Oh well. I don't feel so hungry this afternoon! Just a wee bit nauseated.
Slice it up thin, put on a microwavable plye and nuke for 10 secs. They go like little chewy bites of yummy white chocness and are much nicer than eating it as a bar
