Here goes....time to get my groove back!

Tooty - you are going to be fine! Today looks loads better and you can get back on it!

Marvellous advice from Fran - variety is what keeps me going and I swear it does help. Get excited about cooking SW meals and puddings and all of sudden chocolate is less appealing ;) xxx

I really do like cooking so I don't have any excuse really although I can never think of a nice pud. :rolleyes: I can't even look at your diary now for inspiration :( Any idea how many posts I need to have done before I'll be able to see it again? I'm missing seeing how you're getting on.

Well I put another 3 bloody pounds on!!! :banghead: So that's me gained 1 stone and half a pound in 4 weeks. I'm ashamed and so disappointed in myself but that is it. No more gains for me!!!! I said in my group tonight that next week I am aiming for a 5lb loss and I am so determined to do it.

I have stayed on plan all day today!! Whoop whoop. The first day on plan in 4 weeks!!! I am so pleased I managed it. I am sure I will have a great week now :D :D
 
do you have your diary from your first week? you could try replicating that again. It's great you have been fully on plan today. big tick. got to say, if you like turkish delight get the turkish delight from muller light, SOO good. and makes you not want anything else sweet. you can get this gain back off. you got your 1 stone award in 4 weeks, so you can get this off again.

Thanks Fran, yes I do have my first weeks menu so i'll definitely dig it out and try to follow that weeks menu. I do remember eating a LOT in that first week so that's good :D I really want to try the TD mullers now after reading about them on your diary! I'll be scouring the shops over the next few days looking for them.

Missy, don't be silly. I'll hopefully get those 500 posts soon and will be able to see how you're getting on. :D
 
Well done on deciding to go back this week to WI Tooty - if you had left it until next week it could have easily been twice that amount. I think your gain has given you the boost you needed to get your head back in the game.

Your welcome anytime chick - to build up to your 500 do the word change games etc they can tot up quickly thats how i initially built mine up over the first week.
 
Even these little one liner chats amount to a lot & I agree the games are a good weigh! to go. U will build up in no time!!!
 
What are these games you are talking about? I'm mad as I used to have another account on here but I forgot my password and couldn't get logged back on on it which is why I had to set up a whole new account so I lost all my posts from before :(

Well, today is going good so far i'm pleased to say. I'm feeling confident that I will have a 100% day on plan :D

So far I have had

Breakfast: 35g Dorset Cereals Simply Delicious Muesli (HEB) with fat free greek yogurt and a little sweetner, followed by a banana

Snack: 2 satsumas, an apple

Lunch: 2 Linda McCartney rosemary and red onion sausages, 2 eggs done in fry light, beans

Thats it so far. I'm going to have macaroni cheese for dinner using my 2 HEA choices of reduced fat cheese. I'll have this after weigh in tonight and this afternoon i'll probably have a couple of hifi light bars for my other HEB choice.

I know the scales will show a gain tonight but that's okay. I'll deal with it then have a fabulous 'first week' after that!

So, an update on today....

Mid afternoon I had 2 hifi light bars (HEB)

Pre weigh in: Sweet n sour mugshot

Dinner (post weigh in): Macaroni cheese....macaroni pasta, with 2 x HEA reduced fat cheese mixed in it, topped with brown sauce (2 syns)

Packet of Whisps: 4.5 syns

Syns for the day: 6.5. Woo Hoo!!!!!

Updated food for today!
 
I dont have one hunni - I have been asked when im gonna start one lol just never got around to it. I may surprise you all and start one at the weekend lol. x
 
Lol well i might do one. I just think sometimes my food choices are boring and repetative and no one will want to know about them lol

You definitely should start a diary. I'd definitely subscribe. Oh and what may seem repetitive to you might give someone else an idea for a new meal so it's a win win if you ask me ;)
