Well I put another 3 bloody pounds on!!!So that's me gained 1 stone and half a pound in 4 weeks. I'm ashamed and so disappointed in myself but that is it. No more gains for me!!!! I said in my group tonight that next week I am aiming for a 5lb loss and I am so determined to do it.
I have stayed on plan all day today!! Whoop whoop. The first day on plan in 4 weeks!!! I am so pleased I managed it. I am sure I will have a great week now![]()

Well done on deciding to go back this week to WI Tooty - if you had left it until next week it could have easily been twice that amount. I think your gain has given you the boost you needed to get your head back in the game.

Your welcome anytime chick - to build up to your 500 do the word change games etc they can tot up quickly thats how i initially built mine up over the first week.
Well, today is going good so far i'm pleased to say. I'm feeling confident that I will have a 100% day on plan
So far I have had
Breakfast: 35g Dorset Cereals Simply Delicious Muesli (HEB) with fat free greek yogurt and a little sweetner, followed by a banana
Snack: 2 satsumas, an apple
Lunch: 2 Linda McCartney rosemary and red onion sausages, 2 eggs done in fry light, beans
Thats it so far. I'm going to have macaroni cheese for dinner using my 2 HEA choices of reduced fat cheese. I'll have this after weigh in tonight and this afternoon i'll probably have a couple of hifi light bars for my other HEB choice.
I know the scales will show a gain tonight but that's okay. I'll deal with it then have a fabulous 'first week' after that!
So, an update on today....
Mid afternoon I had 2 hifi light bars (HEB)
Pre weigh in: Sweet n sour mugshot
Dinner (post weigh in): Macaroni cheese....macaroni pasta, with 2 x HEA reduced fat cheese mixed in it, topped with brown sauce (2 syns)
Packet of Whisps: 4.5 syns
Syns for the day: 6.5. Woo Hoo!!!!!
