Here i am! *waves* - Brewin'a'Baby & Staying Slim! 2011 xx

Hey all, suprise suprise i managed to only gain a pound. Back to target plus 2, after loosing 2 lbs last week, and gaining back one.


on a mission, although didnt start well with a dominoes treat after wed. (yeah, i treated for my gain .. LOL)

god i dispair with myself! haha.


anywho, thursdays eating was

2 mullers, 2 alpen lights for morn,

2 sausages, 2 eggs, baked beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions for dinner..

and curry (3 syns) with brown rice and vlf natural yog for tea before work..



todays eating has been


2 alpens, and 2 shape yogs..

dinner was, chicken in bbq seasoning, with mixed medeterainian (god i can't spell!) veg and new potatoes..

and tea is sausage casserole, with fry lighted roastys and more veg.

had 25omls of milk with hot choc for hEA so thats 4 syns for the day today :)




had a lovley day in brecon beacon with joe, he was working there on an afternoon job.. so i did some shopping, got my nails done!! lol, ..

Hey guys and gals.. been quite good today, concidering hiccup at bank.. grr!!


breakfast was 2 alpens and 2 mullers, and 3 apples over course of the morn,

lunch was pasta, with red pepper, onion, mushroom and cheese..


dinner was loads of roast potatoes, morrisons pork sausages wrapped in bacon, chicken breast stuffed with bacon and muchroom, loads of carrot and cabbage and gravey 2 syns.

oo i'm pleased to report that iv been 100% on plan since my binge wed night, and im loving it. Really embracing winter foods and was super impressed with my sausage casserole the other day, although it made my OH's farts so toxic, he could have wiped out a whole tribe, so don't know how quick il be to make that one again haha.

Somthing really odd happened to me today.. i work at the mall as a temp untill xmas, at the early learning centre, and was working 11-5, but as i tunred up early i had a wonder round..

firstly, i tried on a pair of boots, and my fat calves actually fitted in them, in a normal.. shop standard sized boot. I cant believe it. I never thought that would happen, and it didnt even cross my mind to try now i'd lost all my weight... and then, as i wondered around boots to waste the time, and i picked up a leaflet on Alli, even though i reallty dont agree with slimming pills of any sort, especially as sw is so fab.. and i couldn't believe my eyes, i'm too small a weight to take it!any one of the hieght of 5'2 cant atke it if they'r under 10 st 13lbs.. and i'm 10 2! - that realization was amazing. i love being at target, its like getting to know myself all of over again. Thinking differently aswell as eating diff.



anyways, il stop rambling, Today

2 mullers, 2alpens,

lunch was a jacket with spicy chicken, sweetcorn and low fat mayo, with carrot and cucumber sticks, 2 more mullers.


tea is a big fat roast again

carrots, brocolie, sprouts, morrisons sausages in bacon, chicken, and roastys. YUM!

lunch was a mushroom, tuna pasta bake, with onion and peppers (4 syns)

tea was chicken curry with brown rice and vlf natural yog 5 syns.

weigh in tonight... fingers x'd. I dont know tho, due to damage from dominoes last wed. Plus i ate some choc today, not that i think it'd matter too much on w.i.. but now i feel a bit low, i dont know why i cant control myself atm around chocky!!!

oo im so naughty. fingers x'd somthing will come off, i want to be 7lb lighter for a lose xmas ;) xxxx
 
Hey all!

Went to WI last night, and i sts. I'm pleased with that, even though i'd hoped for maybe a 1lb loss, but due to the extortionate amount of badness last week resulting in a 1lb gain, and then the dominoes wed night after glass, i am very gratful to stay the same..


However, i have really enjoyed being 100% back on plan this past week and have decided to shift 7lb for xmas, or to be atleast target -3. I think it's achievable in the time i have.


So, i ahve planned a few meals for this week.


burgers with spicy wedges.
Sausage casserole
bacon pasta bake
Lamb shank with veg from morrisons (on offer this week for £1.79, pop it in microwave for 9-10 mins and is divine, 2 syns)
roast dinner for sunday.
mixed bean cassoulet from magazine??
ham egg and chips


what do you all think??

Im really embracing the up-and-coming winter foods.. and i'm actually eating more, which i didn't think was possible but i see that maybe my portions have gradually got smaller the more weight iv lost, maybe i just didnt have the appitite, but i'v re-discovered it! lol


So, hears to damage control for xmas, .. week 1 back on plan 100%! xxxx
 
Today..

mid morn i had a hot choc with cinnomon, 2syns.

dinner was pasta bake made with tuna, onions, peppers, passata, and topped with cheese hEA

15g choc buttons (4 syns)

dinner was mash (butter 1syn) carrots, brocolie, and a lamb shank (1 syn)

8 syns, loads of fluids! aiming for loads of fruit tomo, as working today it sliped my mind!!

breaky was 2 slices of 400g loaf bread, mushrooms, onion, bacon, 1 sausage, 2 eggs and baked beans.

lunch was a lamb shank in mint gravey (1syn) with boiled cabbage, carrots and brocolie.

I cube of choc - 1.5 syn?

dinner was southern fried pot wedges (1 syn) home made burgers topped with cheese HEA, bacon, lettuce and home made salsa.

just stoopidly picked up a frickin foxes vienese buiscuit. 4.5 bloomin syns!

Trying desperado to keep my syns really low as i had such a big blowout these last few weeks but not working!! LOL. Note to self, write down syns eaten asap, as seem to be forgetting by evening and picking things up that i dont really want - thus upping syns.

Im still really enjoying being back on plan, tomo is a bit shakey as im in clevedon at Oh's parents and gone and left tomos lunch at home. But i WILL be good. I hope. LOL.

been a bit sicky today. Early night me finks! xx

okay, so today.

breaky, (thought i did quite well here concidering i stayed at OH's rents last night, and had to improvise, i must learn to plan ahead better!)

so, breaky- 1 shape yog and 28g of porridge oats made with water.

dinner was pasta and sauce with chopped fresh ham and added onions, topped with cheese HEA, followed by a muller light and a half a punnet of rasberrys and grapes.


tea was sausage casserole (1syn) cabbage, carrots and roastys in that southern fried seasoning (1syn)

followed by the other half of rasberys and grapes and an apple.

i did however accidently munch on some lemon cake my sis made, not much but i'l count 5 syns for it.

28g porridge oats with sweetner and a tiny bit of honey (1syn) and a hot choc for breaky(2syns), followed by a mullerlight and 2 oranges.


lunch was home made extra lean burgers, with teh chunky red pepper salsa again, lettuce and cheese HEA with wedges (1syn)

tea was pasta with extra lean meatballs in passata and red peppers, onions, mushrooms and chopped fresh toms.

So. Its the morning, and i'v decided rather than to write it after iv eaten i'l plan and write it down now, then come back and add any syns later..

so for breaky iv had the dreaded alpen light and muller - was gunna go for a cooked breaky and sue wholemeal bread as my HEB, BUT mothers accidently picked up caged henned eggs, and i cant bring myself to eat them, so without eggs and bacon, my cooked breakyw ould have been bread, sausage and beans.. didnt fancy it so nvm.

lunch, mash pots with 2 morrisons eat smart sausages and veg with a bit of gravey :) (1syn)


tea will be either quorn chilli con carni with rice, or curry (5syns) with rice and some vlf natural yog. havn't made me mind up yet! x



Hmm! So day went as follows..

Alpen lights x2 and mullerlight x2 , 2 oranges.

3 eat smart sausages, lots of mash, carrots, parsnips and gravey 1syn.

didnt have mince/quorn or chicken- which is bizarr cause i thought i did.. so tea ended up being a pasta and sauce iwth added onions and mushrooms topped with cheese!



- ooo gosh i'm so nervous about tomorrow, seems silly really after so long, but iv tried so hard this week.. god i hope i lose something decents. I'd love a 2lb loss. *fingers x'd* Think i'l be a bit gutted if not. keep your fingers x'd for me too!!

Im absoloutly ****ing fuming after gaining half a lb.


Im gunna frickin shift it this week if it kills me, though i dont see how i could possibly have tried any harder.


Im gunna lose half a stone by xmas if it kills me.

Hey Fern. I've just been reading your diary (nosey eh?) and see that you're the same height as me and around the same weight too. You mentioned in another post that you're a curvy size 10. Snap again.

Now I'm also trying to lose the last half a stone or so - and really struggling. I'm beginning to wonder if I'm just meant to be this weight. I still have wobbly bits and can pinpoint each lb I want to lose - 4 lbs around the middle & 2 lbs off each of my thighs will do me just dandy. Hands off the boobs, though, I like 'em as they are lol

I wonder whether some people are just not destined to be below a certain weight.

Any old road, it's weigh-in for me tomorrow. i've done it 100%, exercised every day, so we'll see. But I don't feel any lighter :confused:

I hope I'm wrong about my theory - we should try to prove it wrong! Good luck :)

I get what you mean! (about the boobs too ;) ) haha

- I dont think your destined to be a certain weight, but i believe theres point in which your body hits a weight its happy with, that it finds maintainable.. youl know when youv hit it, cause it's suddenly ten times harder and no matter how hard you try it seems an uphill battle. . for me, i decided 10st 1 was my target becuase i got my 4.5 stone sticker, and decided that i didnt want 5 off anymore, because i was 100% happy with myself. even that extra lump and bump left. I think if youv got it in you to really push, then fair play, try and get that weight off but i wonder how much more difficult it will be to keep it off, if its that hard to get it off? if you get me. Like as you will see from my dairy, since the day i hit target i gain and lose the same 2lbs easy peasy. i think if i can loose what i gain one week the week after without any major effort, i know my atrget weight is maintainable, and i honestly think if i shifted another 7lbs and called that my target, i wouldnt have that comfortable freedom with my body and wieght.

Its gunna be difficult getting these 7lbs off for xmas, but itl be dead easy to put them on, and id rather work my ass off now than be way over my atrget weight.. i wanna start the new year at my atrget weight, because even though i'd ahve gained over xmas, those 7lbs off will save me :D lol

2 oranges and another bowl of frozen fruits mid morn

Dinner was pasta topped with passta, bacon, spring onion, yellow pepper and mushroom and cheese HEA

tea was brown rice, quorn chilli con carni, peppers, onions, kidney beans and mushrooms made with shwartz packet 2syns and 100g of low fat natural yoghurt 2.5 syns? and another orange.

4.5 syns for the day.

SO, last night i went and saw dizzee rascal live! and although i wasnt looking forward to it, it seemed a good crowed and tryed to enjoy it as much as poss, did a fair bit of jumping around and general dancing/boobing, so maybe classed as exercise?
was gunna go swiming at swindon oasis today to boost weight loss, but then it occured to me its the school holidays, AND a saturday, and after my last swimming expierance, i decided against it. :(



yesterdays eating


1alpen light, a mullerlight, an apple, and 1 piece of 400g loaf with grilled bacon.


snacked on forest fruits and oranges all day, then had a massive plate of chilli con carni topped with cheese HEA and vlf natural yoghurt and brown rice..

drank loads of fluids.

few involuntary sips of full fat coke, 4?

p.s, i bought a car!! yay!
its a silver clio, 2002,.. colour coded bumped, central locking , Power steering, electric windows, cd player.. alloys etc.. in fab condition. really pleased. Things will be tight for a while so no fancy meals for me this next month, and running up to xmas! lol

but im sooo glad to be back on the road!!!
