hey all

yesterday eating

mango chunks and rasberrys + 1 apple

Mid morn i went to the coffee shop for my Joes sister's birthday, i stuck with water but was forced to eat a brownie for the occasion, which i sneakily fed half to my little niece, who was then rather hopped up on choc :D LOL i counted it for about 10syns)

Then i munched on some carrot sticksabout 12

then at 2 i made my self quorn chili con carni with brown rice and cheese HEA and some vlf natural yog. (2syns)

about 4 then i had 2 oranges and another apple.

Then it was Emma's birthday meal out with family.
I very wisley side stepped the starters (white bread and olive oil/basmaltic ving! and garlic mushrooms - how unheathy!)
I had a fillet steak, with no sauces. new potatoes, rocket and veg - carrots , brocolie and small corn things-

But then, i could resist the dessert, i ordered the apple crumble, but when it came the dessert was almost seperate. like the crumble had been put on then and there, i ate all the crumble with the tables spoons worth of clotted cream, but when it came to the apple, it was all so sweet i was too suger overloaded and didn't eat it. i counted like 30+ syns for the day.


eeek! i drank loads of water, and im 100% on today so we'l see! x
 
Yesterdays eating

mango and rasberrys with 2 mullers for breaky.

mid morn i had an apple

then i had 57g wholemeal roll HEB and an egg.

then about 5 i had lots of slimmingworld chips with melted chese HEA with chilli con carni on side 1 syn

then during the evening i had some carrot sticks with some thousand island dressing. 4syns? and some chicken.

i had a celebration 2 syns and a hot choc 2 syns




Todays eating

2alpens and 2 shape yogs for breaky

lunch i had chilli and pasta with chese followed by mango and rasberry chunks.. 2syns

then a orange

then for tea i had turkey, peas, green beans, carrots, new pots and gravey 4syns for tea.


(as u can tell, i had lots of chilli con carni to use up haha)
 
Ooo i had my first Aquafit lesson tonight. it was 55 minutes long, and the last 20 mins felt like i was dying lol. it was soooo much fun though! the instructor was nice and the so was the rest of the class, me and my bessie felt like twats to begin with, and soon realised we needed better supporting cossies for such activities but am deffinatly going back next week! wahoo lol

hey all..

yesterdays eating.

i started the day with a muller as i wanst perticuarly hungry..

then i had a massage :) hehe.. and when i got home i ate my rasberrys and magngo chunks with another muller.

then i munched on some carrot sticks

then i had shepards pie, (peas, onions, carrots, baked beans and topped with mash) i put a teaspoon of butter in mash, and counted that as 0.5 syn per quater. plus the 1.5 syn per quater for the shwartz packet.. so 2 syns and then i had some gravey 1 syn and topped with cheese HEA, and had some frylighted roasted parsnips.


then i had some chopped up apple

then i had some sw pancakes with sweetener about 8pm, and then bed :)




so today is wedernesday :) lol.. and its weigh in tonight.Iv got all my fingers and toes x'd for a 2lb loss, but trying not to get myself worked up as il be gutted if i get anything less.

so. what ever happens happens.. not staying to group tonight but going to make sure i dont over do it on the treats tonight so that i can start this coming week well too. 100% faithful till x'mas! xxx
 
Hey guys and gals.


i lost 1.5lbs this week which brings me to target + half. Still aiming for 5lbs off in 4 weeks..so lets see! i dont think i'l manage it, but maybe just 3 ,4 if im lucky.


im pleased, although did want 2, but its okay.. im working on it!

going swimming friday and aquafit again on monday, we'l see.


this week im hoping for a steak stirfry, a chicken curry, spag bowl, and shepards pie to get me through..

dont think the 6 meals worked fantasticly well, and was quite a bit of hassle, but it taught me i need to eat less massively big, stomach hurting meals, and snack more reguarly to avoid eating too much all in one go.

so more snacking. low syns due to over binge this eve, exercising and upping water level, downing the pepsi max level. lol

Hey guys & girls..

sorry for being totally non exsistant and a grump this week..

i lost a pound tonight at Wi which is great, and i totally owe it all to Aquafit, i do it the shallow end as i'v had far to many bad expierances with water to risk the deep end, but its doing me so much good.. and im hoping after a while i will be toning up too. :eek:)


have planned out this weeks meals, incorporating this fridays curry.. a birthday do for my best friends OH.



so this weeks plans..

Bangers, Mash, and Veg
chinese chicken and chips with bbq dip
chilli con carni with brown rice
shepards pie and vegetables
pork roast dinner
the indian takeaway fri night
chicken and bacon melt with sauteed potatoes.

and i'm going to make a carrot cake, and iv bought mini meringue nests with squirty cream for low syn treats.

Well!! Somthing MUST be wrong, surely.

I cant eat? i have no appetite or desire to eat... what's happened to me? these past two weeks im only manageing one main meal and then just snacks through the day ..

:eek: I really really love my food! What on earth is happening to me lol.


- iv bought so much food, and i ahve no freezer space to freeze anything, i have to eat.. but i cant!! i was planninga full cooked breaky, with frozen rasberrys, mullers and 2 alpens.

iv managed 2 alpens....

Hey all..


iv done quite well food wise today, and iv eaten alot more than i have been able to recently.

I started the day with 2 alpens.. followed by 3 bacon, beans and scrambled egg.

i went swimming for an hour :eek: so proud of myself,

and then had lunch out with friend at spud -u-like jacket with baked beans and cheese ( 5 syns for xtra cheese?)

then i had chilli con carni on brown rice with vlf natural yoghurt (2 syns)

and then i had a small meringue with squirty cream and rasberrys 3 syns..

oh and i also ate 3 lemon cheesecake mullers (oops!) 3 syns..


13 syns today..

gosh, thats actually quite alot.

gunna try and eat a fair bit tomo too...

plus i'm trying to make pork tomorrow :D

got a full day at work (fun times)

and then iv gota aquafit monday, whoo hoo.

Okay, so..

had a bit of a siaster with some home made chcolate brownies (that contained condensed milk and other naughties) that i cam ehome to find my sister had made.. and iv just started my day with chocolate.

Im on track as much as poss, and went to aquafit last night, so thats two swim sess's this week. trying to hold it together! LOL


see what happens wednesday. looking forward to trying on some fancy dress today at constume shop for new years eve do .. itl be the first year i could fit into one!
 
I gained a lb last night, only 1 lb, but still a lb i didnt want..

my own fault though. Am feeling too sorry for myself this week, il be back next wed to inform of incredible loss and to take a leaf out me own book and be a bit more positive :)

For now though.. im off to eat some fruit me thinks..
 
Not long till WI.

Had aquafit this eve and have been 100% on plan. Im hoping for 1.5lbs off. 1lb i gained last week would be fine also.

will let you know who it goes wedernesday..

Hi Ladies & gents :eek:)

So I'm back after my 1lb gain last week, and am 3lbs lighter. yay!!

Im super pleased. Havn't had a big loss like this since the last week i hit atrget in back in august. Obviously iv been maintaining since then but its nice so close to xmas.
Im now target minus 2.5lbs which is fab. and i hope for another pound or half a lb next week.

have an xmas meal this friday with fam and will be wearing my red dress. (pics to follow of course) but i couldnt be happier.

Its a whole new me :) .. and im 9 stone 12.5lbs! i cant remember the last time i was 9 stone somthing!

Booking holiday to Murcia? Mercia .. i dunno somewhere in spain in march, and im so looking forward to wearing a bikini for the first time in my life.

- Also, the interview went well today and i got the job, have another interview on monday for my perfect job and then we'l see.

on the downside ( or up as it were..) iv gone up a cupsize.

im now a size 10 waist with 34 F boobs. How on earth is that even possible. Not that i look perticuarly out of proportion, but i was happy being an E. Which now means iv only gone down 3 cupsizes, not 4. LOL.

Todays eatings

2 alpens for breaky

mid morn activia fat free yog

lunch was uncle bens chinese style rice with chicken and salad and bbq sauce (2.5 syns for rice, 1 bbq)

mid afternoon i had half a watermelon with grapes.

and tea was pasta with crispy bacon and cheese. Yum :) and another activa yog.

Went out for my xmas meal last night, and wore my new red dress (pics to follow when i can)

The meal itself i was quite dissapointed with. Mainly because i have eaten there before in the previous summer and it was YUM.

i dodnt fancy any of the starters so i picked soup and figured i would just not eat it. Oh my it was bloody LUSH! It was Roast Pumpkin and Chestnut Soup, which i would have never had concidered eating, but it was divine.

i had a chicken dinner, but it didnt come with evg!? which was what i was firstly dissapointed, but then the roasts wernt great, and in overall i felt it was wasted syns.

then i had a apple and raison crumble, but it came with a liquer ice-cream and it really wanst great.

Tbh overall it was wasted syns (gutted) but the resteraunt itself was a lovley place and we had a good night non the less.

I'm gunna try and be good for rest of week, and il go swimming sundaty and aqaufit monday night :) x
