Hey all..
iv done quite well food wise today, and iv eaten alot more than i have been able to recently.
I started the day with 2 alpens.. followed by 3 bacon, beans and scrambled egg.
i went swimming for an hour
so proud of myself,
and then had lunch out with friend at spud -u-like jacket with baked beans and cheese ( 5 syns for xtra cheese?)
then i had chilli con carni on brown rice with vlf natural yoghurt (2 syns)
and then i had a small meringue with squirty cream and rasberrys 3 syns..
oh and i also ate 3 lemon cheesecake mullers (oops!) 3 syns..
13 syns today..
gosh, thats actually quite alot.
gunna try and eat a fair bit tomo too...
plus i'm trying to make pork tomorrow
got a full day at work (fun times)
and then iv gota aquafit monday, whoo hoo.
