Here I go again.....

I had a good day Sadie thanks, didn't feel so hungry but I do find nibbling on the bars keeps me much fuller just hope it doesn't impact the scales! Also had the sweet n sour noodles and I actually enjoyed them! Yey lol:eat: X

I like the sweet and sour noodles too. That was the very first "meal" pack I had which made starting the diet much easier. I don't know whether I would have stuck it out if the first few packs were inedible.

So far so good but I'm a little hungrier today which I don't like x
 
Try some mint tea. When I feel a little hungry I tend to have a cup of mint tea. I think having something hot takes the edge of the hunger feeling. Its probably psychological but it also helps on the water front.

Sweet and sour noodles are my favourite. I think I'd eat them even if I wasn't doing this diet!!
 
I haven't really liked any of the meals but I love them! I've had them for lunch but I don't have many packs because when I order the 100 packs offer I hadn't tried them yet lol. So any one who has any that they don't want post them to me!!!! Hooray lol x
 
Thanks Darcy I've had a bit better day and also started on peppermint tea which seems to have helped a huge amount! So fingers crossed, I have such a long road ahead but just trying to focus on a stone at a time so I don't get too overwhelmed x

Need to pull my mardy pants up............I'm soooooo tired and hungry today. Why won't this stop!!!! Everyone keeps saying about you wake up one day with loads of energy lol when's it my turn x

It's tough going to begin with, I know :rolleyes:

That's reassuring Darcy everyone says the first week is tough and then they are fine the second week! I thought I was going mad and doing something wrong! I shall await my moment lol, always feel great in the morning then by about 2 pm I just have nothing left. Hopefully today will be my day!!!! X
 
It took me well into week 2 to get the "energy" when I started back in January, just keep at it :)

Thanks Darcy I've had a good day much more energy, hope I'm not hurting the diet too much but having the pizza tonight with some chicken and onions as toppings. I just couldn't face it with no topping. How has your day been x
 
It was lovely thank you, very filling! Weekend ok bit disappointed in myself as have snacked on a slice of chicken, I know it's not the end of the world but I wasn't even hungry. Got to get a grip on this adding extra need to be 100%!

Well I don't know if I have turned a corner but yesterday (that's a Saturday lol) I wasn't hungry and I had to force my last pack down at 9pm. This morning been awake ages and I'm just not hungry! This feels great finally, just need this energy now and I'm on the road to slimville.
