I have decided to keep my own diary from now on especially to motivate me for the first week until I get the routine sorted and back into ketosis. I am still on holiday until next Monday but I know that if I keep going the way I am going I will never get back into the habit. This week I am going to have shakes only (didn't order bars this time) and swap a shake for a tesco ultraslim bar when I am back to work next week (shakes too messy to take at work and people ask too many questions). I know that these next few days are going to be difficult but I am going to just have to put up with it. I'm on antibiotics for a chest infection that I picked up last week so appetite not great (didn't stop me forcing food down my gob though :sigh
but will help me now I am focussing all my efforts. I am now looking forward to that empty feeling as it gives me a buzz and more energy.
