Here I go...

Another day done..not too bad today..I think remembering to drink loads of water helps with the hunger pangs. Off now for my last shake and an episode of the biggest loser to keep me motivated! My daughter told me today that I have become really boring and obsessed with my diet and I told her...tough...live with it (she is 24!). I think she misses her takeaway buddy!!! :D

Yes, I think that has a lot to do with it but I do agree with her that it seems to be all I can think about at the minute! Was pretty hungry this evening, it didn't help that I made her a chicken curry because I felt guilty and then she texted to say she wasn't coming home tonight!...so now I have a pot of curry just sitting there teasing me..that's NOT going to happen again. Managed to resist and am having my last shake of the day (chocolate..love them) and feeling quite proud of myself. Curry going in the freezer as soon as it has cooled down. I really hope I can be this disciplined at the weekend as it is my downfall at the minute...roll on weigh in. I had better have a loss or I will not be a happy bunny!! :rolleyes:

another day done.....the weekend is looming..hope I can manage 100% this time...because if I don't it looks like this is turning into a 5 day TS regime. This is fine..if I only want to lose 2lbs a week..but I want a faster result than that. The only person that can do that..is ME!!! :rolleyes:
 
Oh for heavens sake!!...fail!!!!...defrosted that curry for my daughter and ate some with her then shared a bottle of wine...not a binge fail (probably a normal eaters evening) but still a fail nonetheless...get a grip woman....!!!! :eek:
 
Awww hun, don't be so hard on yourself. Nobody said it was easy and food is so nice.
Tomorrow is another day, fresh start not too much harm done xx
 
Thanks Ali, woke up this morning and soo wished I hadn't done that but as you say back on the wagon today..going to do a big beach walk and a swim later to try and limit the damage...weigh in an monday...probably be another slow loss this week again...ah well :eek:
 
These little blips are testament to how hard this flippin diet is! The odd one will knock you off kilter but straight back to it onwards and downwards. I hope the scales are kind to you on Monday, you have 2 days to get the k back on track. Any loss is good no matter how slow because the gains have crept on slowly too :)

Ok another weekend with 100% not carried out and the scales are showing the damage..only 1lb lost this week. I know a loss is a loss but I have slowed down and I know it is because I can't get through a weekend since Christmas. Handing in my 4 week notice at work as I have been offered a new job so this will be my motivation. I would love to get another stone off before I start my new job. Going to print out a calender month and mark off the days as a motivator. Good luck to you all!! :)

With the weight off I'll feel a lot more comfortable standing up in front of everyone!! Back on track today, weekdays are so much easier for me..I wish I could keep it up over the weekends as it seems to be a lot of deprivation for only a 1 - 2lb weekly loss. I have set myself a challenge now as I'd love at least 10lbs off before I start..hope you are doing ok today :D

This is my daughter: "let's get a chinese...it's chinese new year, we need to celebrate...go on you want to...we can make it healthy, only with chips...you need to celebrate handing your notice in...aww go on, there is nothing decent to eat in the house"...
Me: "ohhhh kay, what do you want...no no no...not going to do it!"....and......I DIDN'T...100% all the WAY!!!!! go me!!! but it was a close one!!!!
 
And the Chinese are shut. But better you resisted though :) yay you x
 
Glad I decided not to do the dirty deed! Just drank a pint of water and off to bed. I will feel so much better in the morning for making a good choice. The notion has passed me now and would have been so not worth it. Roll on tomorrow..off the bed now :4633:
 
Had a good day yesterday and then went and ate toast instead of my shake tonight..what on earth is wrong with me!!!! Got to get few days going or I'll be hopping on and off that wagon every couple of days and wasting a good opportunity to get this weight off faster than its going..still keeping up with the daily swimming though..just can't seem to get enough days under my belt to get ketosis going....must...try.....harder!!!!:cry:
 
Ok...I admit it, my heads not in the game..I am have been playing around with this all week, a good day, a bad day etc etc..it looks like I am maintaining now and that would be ok if I was at target!!! now have a meal at at friends house tomorrow night (no alcohol) and a meal out on Saturday night (with alcohol). I thought I had a clear run for the next few weeks with no social events but 2 have popped up...going to stop wasting shakes and aim for a restart on Monday. I know this sounds like an excuse (which it is) but I may as well now call this my AAM week and go TS from there...looks like January has been a slow month with only 3lbs off but will aim for a higher number for February. ;)
