Well ladies, i waant doing to well to be honest, i put a pound back on and couldn shift it, i was eating around 8-1000 cals a day and going on the wii 30 mins a day, a few ladies on here said i should eat more with exercise...i did, and this morning the pound has gone again wooo hooo xx
