got a lovely bruised finger which is swollen but looking better felt ill so what did i do ate to make myself better wow im so mad at myself but im back on the wagon today im not going to weigh in till end of feb wow that will be hard but i know if i tell hubby to hide them it will make me work harder i know i have put some on i feel it
