Lol, sounds like you're overdoing the water a bit.
I can't stand the stuff myself, I only have hot drinks like coffee.
I only used to get weighed every two months, by my GP, so feel guilty about weighing myself at home at all, lol. Monthly's the best weighing interval for us women, as it evens out the monthly fluctuations, so it makes sense to do it that way now I don't go to the doctor's as regularly.
Now I've lost over 8 stone things are really slowing down, but I will try to get maybe another stone off if I can - won't stress too much if it doesn't happen though. At my age I don't want to go overboard or I'll just end up wrinkly, lol.
