Ye but I'm hoping that the thort of something normal for tea will get me through the hunger part hopefully. I will also tell myself that it's this or a bar and should be ok haha
Hahaha well to be fair it is week 4 . If you want my advise ur doing fab stick at it if you can you will be happier come end of next week. It depends how you feel doesn't it at the time this diet is very hard you have done brill up to now think I did 2 and 1/2 weeks then had a treat . But DNt be hard on yourself when you have a lot to loose it's not easy at times and we need a little break as long as get bcj on track that's the main thing. Trust me I have terrible days it says a lot how many people are on here hahaha there all eating chocs lol
