Ye but I'm hoping that the thort of something normal for tea will get me through the hunger part hopefully. I will also tell myself that it's this or a bar and should be ok haha
 
Iv had my 2 caramel bars, for tea I'm having a steak night with hubby. He's having steak chips in actifry and onion ring mmmm yummy. Il be havin the smallest piece of steak I can find handful of chips and loads of mushrooms. From what I was reading the steak will be 400 cals so plan is to find one for less cals or just have half
 
Day 68

It's fridayyyyyy normally on Friday I'm thinking mmmm it's the weekend could just eat a takeaway, But not tonight .

Had caramel crunch for breakfast and dinner. This evening was surpose to be steak night but hubby got to work late so change of plans. I have week shopping today and got some ready meals that are all under 400 cals just to basically make it easy on myself not having to count calories.

Just the thort of planning my tea is making
This so easy, I can pretty much anything in proportion. So tonight I had mini chicken fillets x3 in a peppercorn sauce,herby potatoes and green beans . Oh my days it was lovely and I'm actually full felt like I was at a posh restaurant where you don't get much hahaha. We do need to train ourselfs to eat less so this is good for me I'm appreciating the amount on my plate and it's filling me . I also brought some 10cal jelly in case these didn't fill me but don't think il be needing it .

Cals today
400 for 2 bars
352 for ready meal
Total 752 basically 152 over total solution and iv eatin normal. Very happy tonight , hope you've all had a great day like me
 
I weigh in on Monday but I cheated on Monday night didn't i and when ever I cheat being as I go on scales every morning haha it can take two days to move down /back where u was before cheated. So far scales are showing 2 1/2 loss from when I weighed Monday morning so hopefully get a alright result come Monday morning . I find it so good tho after being used to just 3 bars really appreciate food and I never would of had that amount before doing this diet . Had tea at 5ish still not hungry

Just a thort in a week I can have a takeaway and still loose a good 3lbs and by having the extra cals works out 1400 calories extra in the week surely a takeaway would be a lot more . So hope this works
 
Thats fab. looks yummy but most things do right now hahaha <3 fingers crossed for you on Monday. Im sure it will be a good loss. How much do you have to lose. I cant contemplate my 5 stone to lose blah x
 
I think that's why I'm so happy iv missed food so much , it's like a treat everyday lol . I started at 18.13 so 5 stone would take me to 13.13 I'm aiming for this to start with . So 3 stone to go . Hoping this new thing will stop takeaways the first 5 weeks in here I did great then just kept cheating and either stayin same/ gaining 1lb was getting to me even tho only had myself to blame . I would like to get to a dress size 12 so aim is to keep goin till I reach this. At 15.6 I was in size 16 so prob got to get to around 12 stone
 
Fab, all great goals to have. You are doing it and still at it thats the main thing. Im just trying to work out if I should be referring next week before I eat... like with chicken or eggs or something hahaha. So confused.com haha x
 
Hahaha well to be fair it is week 4 . If you want my advise ur doing fab stick at it if you can you will be happier come end of next week. It depends how you feel doesn't it at the time this diet is very hard you have done brill up to now think I did 2 and 1/2 weeks then had a treat . But DNt be hard on yourself when you have a lot to loose it's not easy at times and we need a little break as long as get bcj on track that's the main thing. Trust me I have terrible days it says a lot how many people are on here hahaha there all eating chocs lol

Im think for in about 5 days I shouldn't just jump on to the cheeseboards. I thought is was discouraged week. Indian for christmas eve mmmmm, my husband is half indian <£ best food ever! Im spending the day making a buffett with my eldest :) lots of cheeses and meats and wings and treats haha I'm surprising them to a chocolate fountain too <3 christmas films and cuddles before the big day! haha x
 
How odd I was thinking today I want to get a fountain for crimbo think we've missed our choc haha. Bet your hubby got some good recipes then I'd be making him cook
Haha. It's the naan bread amazing but it's going to be great cause I can have it with wineeeeeeeere yipeeee
 
Day 69
Hubby on a course so went to look at crimbo food at Asda with mum this morning. It was nearly 12 hadn't had any breakfast so come dinner time I kind of had 400 cals to use. As I closely looked at menu everything was showing the calorie amount so I went for a hot pork bap with stuffing and apple sauce this was 300 cals so actually saved.

This kept me not hungry all afternoon which was good. When hubby came home we decided to go to the garden centre all of a sudden I had really bad headache so decided I needed to get something to keep me going. Picked up some cheese straws had 2 60 cals each . This evening iv had weight watchers chicken korma with rice which was 328 cals. All full up now and day completed. Total calories today 748
