no it was not as bad as i thought it would be thanx for making me see that i really do need to wi even if i know its going to be a gain. Am from Whitburn in West Lothian xx
 
That's what we're here for. You've got right attitude I think hardest battle is being honest you come on here and openly tell us all what uve eaten that your worried when itd be easy to lie and not face our comments.

You can easily pull a lb back, June isn't far away now were nearly in may so you need a good run of weeks now to get this goal :)

Go back over your original posts on this thread and see how much you wanted this and look at your plans over next 4 weeks and have a strategy of how your going to get through it on track. Then at least you have the choice and aren't going off plan by default.

I've decided to cancel my birthday (to some extent at beginning of June) instead were having a sw party tea Buffett with my son and niece and I'm getting a night to myself and my mum will babysit another time. My holiday has cost to much and is to important to come off track so close to it and I'm loosing steady weight but its not huge numbers enough to risk a gain.
 
Thats good you have a plan for staying on track at your birthday when it would be so easy just to have some time off. I have hung my dress that i was planning to wear at ebd of June in the kitchen and have photos of it stuck in every other room in house just to remind myself why im doing this. The reason i started on here was because every other time i tried to lose weight on my own if i had a bad wi i would say its ok no one knows only me and it wasnt helping me at all i needed somewhere that i could say yes i messed up this week and gained but this is why and here is what am going to do to fix it and get support from others who know what its like so a huge thank you to all of you for supporting me :thankyou:
 
well so far so good had a toffee yoghurt and an apple for breakfast, toast (no butter) and Heinz hoops for lunch having diet Coke chicken for dinner with noodles and veg.
Very surprised that i have not craved chocolate today usually after a bad few days i cant stop thinking about it .went for a 3 mile walk today and will be doing boxercise tomorrow night

do you find red days work better for your weight lose?
i noticed i crave sugar and then binge if i have a few red days in a row
 
I agree I want to pick more but I've got that sussed I know I can't have it so tough .

It's hard to tell because I did 3 days last week red and got 2.2 loss and I'm doing 6 days this week so will see on Friday but I've also massively upped my exercise so half expecting no loss this Friday so who knows. But I'll see give it a few weeks. In theory in a few weeks I should see some good losses but we will see it never seems to go as planned

Yes you will but I've switched to high intensity training and working my muscles hard so for them to heal and protect you retain water so temporarily it can halt scales but as fat is going you loose inches ;) and get fitter.

That one baffled me too Poppy i thought more exercise = bigger weight loss lol
 
even if you dont lose much due to your exercise you will still be losing inches and toning up so still worth doing it and the scales will eventually catch up xx

Exactly it is worth it plus it doesn't matter how skinny I am on holiday if I can't run after my son it's pointless but I'm on a very intense programme to strengthen my legs arms n shoulders so I can carry my son he weighs 26 lb so 3 months of intense :)
 
it will all be worth it when your holiday comes round
