well so far so good had a toffee yoghurt and an apple for breakfast, toast (no butter) and Heinz hoops for lunch having diet Coke chicken for dinner with noodles and veg.
Very surprised that i have not craved chocolate today usually after a bad few days i cant stop thinking about it .went for a 3 mile walk today and will be doing boxercise tomorrow night

I agree I want to pick more but I've got that sussed I know I can't have it so tough .
It's hard to tell because I did 3 days last week red and got 2.2 loss and I'm doing 6 days this week so will see on Friday but I've also massively upped my exercise so half expecting no loss this Friday so who knows. But I'll see give it a few weeks. In theory in a few weeks I should see some good losses but we will see it never seems to go as planned
Yes you will but I've switched to high intensity training and working my muscles hard so for them to heal and protect you retain water so temporarily it can halt scales but as fat is going you loose inches and get fitter.
That one baffled me too Poppy i thought more exercise = bigger weight loss lolIf u up your exercise shouldn't you lose more? Sorry I'm thick lol xxxx

even if you dont lose much due to your exercise you will still be losing inches and toning up so still worth doing it and the scales will eventually catch up xx
it will all be worth it when your holiday comes round
