I'm sure you will, your doing really well. The support you give people on here is amazing :) I can't wait for WI on Wednesday and its only Friday lol xxx
 
Omg I get so excited for wi my 2 yr old knows and my niece n they insist on going on first lol it's do frustrating I just say there perfect and usher them off for my turn lol :) wish I'd been so excited by scales around. 3 stone ago though.

I got into a very bad habit of weighing all the time but its counter productive u get down n fed up n it's not accurate just wi once a week.
 
oh not good had family over yesterday and today and for some reason i have took this as a reason to eat everything in sight and i mean everything even foods like potato salad which i dont even like. So i have decided not to wi tomorrow and just start fresh in the morning and see what the scales say next week how is everyone else xx
 
Was terrible yesterday but today I've done lots of walking and went swimming. Stuck to my diet and I'm making SW chilli tonight for tea :) xx

Good ty Ive just had a BBQ at my mum I'm on red days so it was a meat fest lol and I've not stopped I have so much more fun with my family now and I've only just started the weightless really :)
Louise just think end of June and back on track tomorrow solid few weeks :)
 
i am determined to have a fantastic week this week and will be walking alot so fingers crossed. Red days are fab for bbq you dont even feel like you are on a diet at them glad your enjoying it

Yum BBQ! Sounds lovely! My mum is also doing SW but she lives in Cyprus. She's always giving me tips tho lol.

Think I spoke to soon about doing well. I've ate my chilli and I'm dying and CRAVING something sweet, which is weird coz I'm not a sweet toothed person. Help help help. The devil sitting on my shoulder is telling me to pop the shop an see what they have sweet in the cupboard. Thing is I need to go shopping and have hardly anything in the cupboards to snack on. Ahhhh

Think you should face scales Hun like last week it wasn't as bad as you thought plus at some point you need to face these cheeky weekends you can't just miss weigh in each Monday.
 
ok so i tossed and turned all night wondering if i should weigh in or not today,finally decided that i will just do it so i did and the scales say +1 so its not as bad as i thought . I have planned my week out already haveing a green week i seem to crave sugar less on green so hopefully i will have a great wi next week after the very strict week i have planned,thanx for the support ladies :)
